The thing is people voting Labour for decades have been labelled far left, if you look at that site that plots where parties are on a right/left axis Labour are anything but left wing (and I call them out for that) but the Conservatives and Reform are bona fide right wing parties per the graph therefore if the cap fits and all that then they need to wear it. |

One side called it a war the otherside didn't, the otherside fought a war they called the 'war on terror' that was not against states per se, as Kilkenny says they can't have it both ways if it's a war a lot of the Republican prisoners should have been treated as prisoners of war but if it was not a war then British soldiers (or those giving the orders) in certain circumstances should be up for murder. They didn't outlaw loyalist paramilitaries until towards the end probably because some of the police and the army were also members of those gangs. One informant is worth a 100 soldiers or 50 tanks to a military leader, the lives of the insurgents are put at risk by an informant, if they the insurgents are not killed their liberty is put at risk and obviously their cause is put at risk. Assuming guilt they should have come up with some other plan for her and not death, but as regards the other side yet again assuming guilt if they were paying her knowing what would happen if she got caught and knowing she had been warned then they have blood on their hands also. Thousands of English people treated by the Welsh nhs every year, as pointed out above by another poster lots of it emergency jobs and not appointments, you seem to think it's all one way. |

There again have Liverpool allowed a situation to develop where TAA could go on a free, hmm. |

It is a total and utter mess but when it's all weighed up (its weighted against Welsh health boards as the demographics in Wales dont seem to be adequately taken into consideration by the UK government) the English health boards are not much better. Some quislings on here seem to think that to criticise Wales, Welsh people, Welsh institutions is OK but to criticise UK or English institutions and the like is not as they label it racist or xenophobic, seems like the racism and xenophobia is the otherway around. The point is because of English white flight tending to be older people coming to Wales it places a huge strain on the Welsh nhs, also the Welsh nhs have to provide a service to people in some places that are sparsely populated over a large area, as a generalisation it might be said that the Welsh nhs have a more difficult task than the English nhs and therefore in that light doing better than the English nhs due to the hand they have been dealt. |

England's finest had a torrid time in the game, TAA had a total and utter nightmare and Harry Maguire missed a sitter to win it at the end. Liverpool might be well advised to cash in on TAA as they have got that Bradley guy who seems like a top prospect. |

The last figures for 2023/4 i seen was that there was over 7000 English residents that received hospital care in Wales, I'm surprised it's that many, also English residents registered with Welsh doctors also get free prescriptions but apparently the prescription has to be picked up from a chemist in Wales. Also something like a quarter of the entire population of Wales was born in England and therefore get treated by the Welsh nhs, I haven't heard of the Welsh NHS refusing to treat people from England but there has been cases reported in the press that ive provided links for in the past of the English NHS refusing to treat Welsh patients and them wanting more money off us. A lot of people on one side of the divide regarded it as a war but the English led UK state did not want to legitimise it as a war as that would have given the Republican fighters certain rights they did not want them to have. The whole crux of the matter for a lot of people was was the woman that was killed 'innocent' or not ?, the IRA clearly thought she wasn't innocent and that left them with a problem hence the warning in the first instance. Are you disputing that some Southerns (particularly rich ones) say "its grim up North" ? English Southerners come to the part of Wales I live in to live, they would not dream of going 'oop North'. It's called 'white flight', they love it in Wales and many of them send their English children to Welsh medium schools, they want their children to be Welsh. |
