Also if you ignore the thread starter none of their threads appears on your screen . Quicker than dealing with each thread individually. |

Absolutely! He, Celar and Ashby all made the Sofascore team of the week. |

Ashby also ended with cracking stats: six tackles, a interception, seven clearances, one blocked shot and that pass for the second goal. |

A fabulous post HantsR. Thanks for restoring the faith. There are times when I get so fed up with the Rs that I can't even face this site for a week or so. But reading a thread like this one reminds me why I still love this community of nutters. RIP Chris. It seems pleasing that the Rs conjured up an improbable win for you. |

It's remarkable. Such a poor run. But those dreary draws have just kept us from complete oblivion. Lovely for those diehard crazies at the game. Congrats all of you. It's a bloody cold night. |

Sorry to hear that Dave. From a quick google there are exercises a physio/osteopath can give you to strengthen the muscles around the knee and support the knee better. Is it worth paying for one off session to see what exercises are appropriate for your specific injury? Also could you get a knee brace to prevent further damage and ease the pain? Sorry to be solution focused - it's horrid to not be able to get around / be in constant pain! |

We can only hope Dorse. Although my kids would probably complain to their therapists more about the regularity of the 'disappointed' look which I favoured over the smacked bottom. |

They were. Actually had to stop two wind up merchants goading one of our fans with his small daughter - brave of them, huh? They look so shocked to be challenged by an older woman they sodded off! Soon after the police had to come in with the horses to keep them under control. You'd think they'd love their day out in London playing us instead of trying to cause aggro. As for the game I thought we were a bit better. At least we looked like we'd played together before. Liking the look of Varane and Saito. Celar and Dunne really poor atm. Enjoyed Morrison at CB. Gavin Ward hates Stoke even more than us seemingly... |

Just catching up to the site after the international break. Sorry to hear you've been unwell. Hopefully the op happens soon and things go well. Try and keep your spirits up. Probably meaning don't read the Celar thread! Take care. |

I agree with all of these too. Interesting and informed opinions generally sane and often funny they're, after Clive, the backbone of this site. I also always enjoy Dorse and Danny Paddox for numerous LOL moments. Wouldn't leave out the tons of regulars - too many to mention individually who keep this site going with their views and knowledge of not just football but a huge range of other subjects. |

Absolutely spot on. Maybe the data analysis would work for a European second division side but physicality is a big advantage in the English game. But also we are very poor in the basics: how many passes to our attacking players went behind them for instance yesterday? If you're a professional footballer you should be able to make runs, pass the ball reasonably accurately and trap the ball without making two extra touches every time. These are just the bare minimum. We are also seemingly incapable of putting a decent FK or corner in. Surely again something you can practise? |

Funny about perceptions. I thought he did this less than a lot of Championship refs. Also he didn't spend a lot of time debating every decision - just a word on the run and move on. I much prefer that as it encourages players to do it all the more and ends up wasting eons of time. As said he gave Smyth a couple of soft FKs but overall I liked him. |

I favour Paris dontcha know. Sadly I am involved in helping to facilitate a wacky training day involving yoga mats and blankets. So I missed today’s glorious draw. From the look at the stats it’ll be a hard job to edit extended QPR highlights but who cares, it’s a point. |

In fairness Marti said he was planning to make some changes at half time when the disastrous red card happened. 0-0 would have been a decent platform to set us up in the second half when we are usually better anyway. |

And of course they go up the other end and score, lol! Victor Moses - what the hell is he doing in the Championship? [Post edited 27 Sep 21:32]

What a goal from Cissoko. Really looked good against us but still looking like a prospect. Luton looking v average. |
