I think, if it were similar wages, with just a small increase, your point is just. The thing is, if he can get a signing on fee to make him a millionaire, plus double what he’s getting now, I’m sure that will benefit the family’s full portfolio of other businesses, and could make much more difference than it looks on paper, in simple football terms. Harry could still move club and stay in the area. Or even move back to the area later if he loves it so much. As for Rashford…surely that’s different? He wants to leave Man Utd, when he is being asked to stay and play less than he’d like. Surely him staying would justify your claim of him getting paid shedloads for doing nowt 🤷♂️ when what he wants to do is the opposite, and leave so he can be playing more, not to earn more |

Exactly! No fault of his own. Give him more money, don’t punish him. The club made the errors, they should get the punishment, not the player. Whether that be having to pay more money to secure him, or whether that may be losing the player… It’s our fault, not Darling’s |

Which is exactly what we should do. To sign a replacement, we would need a signing on fee. So simply pretend Darlkng is coming as a free and offfer him a nice signing on fee. Match whatever others do 👍 |

I never see the point in freezing players out. It’s normal for some players to want/need to move on from us. Especially when we pay pittance. Many players are still fully committed to putting in 100% at all times. These players, like Darling, should be allowed to do what makes them and their families happy, and we should support them with that. IF Darling wants to leave, it’s not his fault. The guy is happy here, with his family. He has just got too good for our wage structure, which is nothing to do with him. |

I would love to see Cundle back here permanent. Also enjoyed Coopers improvements this season. Add ginelly, Parker, govea and we have a decent forward line. A lot of potential, yet little proven. It’s what we are about these days |

I agree. We don’t have competition or cover for injuries. Our squad is threadbare. Do people honestly think this squad should be higher in the league and challenging play offs? If that’s the case, a couple more signings in January and we will be a premier league squad, being hindered by an amateurish management team. Personally don’t think Alex Ferguson could get us in the promotion places with this squad. |

Buy raw. Cook yourself. Then sell for higher. If you buy ready cooked, they are over priced and usually are over processed and lack the nutrients required, hence then having to waste money on supplements. |

I would prefer Myko back. Can get money for Jerry now. Get rid. Keep Vipi, Myko, Cullen, Bianchini. This may seem weird but I liked Josh Thomas when he has been given pitch time here. I would be happy with those lot developing. Maybe try another Bianchini type on a cheap in January for more competition/development. |

But he has always been over the top with the love in for our top players. He hasn’t changed in the way he praises them imo. As for the explanation of the West Brom thing… if I hadn’t read about what he has allegedly done, I would have believed him, as imo he has been one of the most open and honest managers we have ever had, when it comes to press conferences. Sometimes to his detriment. I’m still not sure whether I trust the words I’ve heard come from the horses mouth, or some media sources who are nameless and faceless to me. It’s not an easy situation, but for now, I’m with Williams. |

Bianchini definitely presses and runs a lot more than Vipi, but the opposite is apparent in terms of finishing. Same goes for Eom. Going forwards great. Abdulai can swap for him, but he doesn’t have the talent going forward, but is more of a tackler and defensively minded. |

Tend to agree with you here. So, do you think it was more of a mis-speak, than that he thought he was getting a new job? I do. |

Hi mate, I think you are a great poster and you’re on my top 3 for POTY, but I don’t get what you mean… Surely the apology/statement you require, has been made in yesterday’s presser? I get that many don’t believe his words, but he has said in the interview that he is really sorry for how he came across and it was a mistake and that he is totally committed to SCFC. He was in the dark and was too flippant. He’s said all this. |

So only 2 matches out in Austria is it? Do we know when they leave and return? |

I agree with almost all you post mate, but not here. Just because he wants a bit more money, doesn’t mean we should fk him off. It’s fair to want more, yet he’s not stropping or being sly, he’s being totally honest and openly saying he wants to wait until he sees if others are willing to match his ideas. He’s not closely linked to the club, so really doesn’t have any other ties, yet still would prefer to stay with us than move, as he’s stated this many times. Our owners are known to be stinjy as hell, yet our players are at fault for wanting to negotiate 🤷♂️ He hasn’t said he’s not going to sign at the rates he was offered, just that he wants more time. Totally fair imo and I really hope we manage to convince him, |
