I would just like to thank Adam Armstrong for his goal on a memorable day at Wembley. Alongside Shane Longs goal against Liverpool it has to go down as one of the most memorable goals scored for us. Wishing you all the best,Alan ,you always gave 100% for Saints.
He runs around a lot out wide which I don't thinks suits him, I'd prefer him in the middle with Tall Paul. Anyway that's water under the bridge now. Worries me we are a couple of injuries away from a crisis up front.
Guilty as charged. But I must say I don't remember ever losing twice 9-0,once at home too in the 70s/80s/90s. Cant remember ever losing 6 games in a row at home either. Thankfully I was around to watch the heady days of Lawrie and the players he bought. Saints are my team and always will be but I have never known it so bad as it is now.We are being routinely humiliated by teams we should not be. The Manager 'musical chairs' don't help
Undoubted talent, but certainly work in progress. Strong on the ball, with skill but often losses the ball by running into players. Just needs good coaching.
