He’s effectively finished. Terrible for us but time has caught up with Joey and his body can’t cope any longer. His fragility was probably key to his decision to retire from International football. If we wrap him in cotton wool and he breaks down in September what are we going to see of him in December and January? |

His post match presser was another example of his detachment and utter lack of connection with his players, the fans and the City. Apparently the players sinking to their knees at the final whistle was because they’d given their absolute all and had nothing left? He expects us to believe his drivel? What game was he watching? We are talking about a 1-1 draw with QPR….we are bang in trouble. But the Board will not act now. |

Sadly, Joe is off the pace at the moment. I just hope it’s a temporary dip rather than a sign his legs have gone. He’s looked after himself so he should be ok for 2 more seasons? |

My cousin and I have sat next to each other since we went to the Liberty but we e decided not to renew next season. If they didn’t back Cooper with his record they won’t back Martin after his judgment on players was exposed. Only one way this club is heading now and I’m not going to be taken for a mug for another season. |

Well that’s it. If this club weren’t prepared to back Cooper the. they’re not going to back Martin, especially after they backed him over Darling and Fisher. To see how Potter and Cooper have done since they left us is enough evidence to know this club is going only one way under the current ownership. Where has all the money gone? This latest fiasco has finished me. After 15 years as a Season Ticket Holder and a supporter since 1969, I’m not renewing. |

His distribution now is far better than Woodman’s ever was and some people are worried about his distribution? Wtf were they watching for the last two years? Benda is an upgrade- no doubt about it. He’s only had a handful of games. Give him a chance! |

The skipper was outstanding in a two-man midfield. Hourihane basically anonymous. At a loss to work out what value he brings to this team. Thankfully Grimes covered every blade of grass tonight. |
