I might just do that as well.......my call. I was and still am a HUGE fan of Keith Hill btw, does that meet with your appoval?. Most other recent managers can........off. |

Resignation is exactly how I felt, the gutted bit comes later at home when the cat is wearing a tin hat. Again,it's down to years and years of watching our shower do exactly what they did......after the equaliser the momentum was well and truly with the Moors, you could tell what was coming and our lot were in droop mode and Moors duly delivered the fatal blow.
Regarding the post match interview, Runcorn's Finest did look a broken man, perhaps realising that the one great chance to embellish his CV had slipped between his fingers. At least the i/v was short. The thing is though, you and I will be back again at San Spotty hopefully for several seasons more to watch further episodes of this dross and endure it, it's what we nad many Dale fans do, stick with it.
McNullty and his cohorts will be long gone to pastures new to inspire/ upset plenty of other unsuspecting fans of his playing style.

Aldershot are advertising a streaming of their semi against Woking @ £9.99 through 247 Platform who do the DAZN stuff...
Can't find any reference to our game. |

I'm with you on much of what you advocate there TS......get this semi final done and dusted (agree on pens practice, mindful of Stockton when we were gone! !) and get the coaches booked to Wembley Way.Nice one
Also agree on the Play-Offs, don't think we are capable of winning after the York dicking ,but would like Dale to be flirting around and hopefully cause an upset or two and make a bit of cash and prolong the season......that would hold us in good stead for a better crack next season. Not a big fan of McNulty either,he's a bit toooo Scouse for me,a bit like SoftLad.
Get that Barlow guy signed up quick...there will be money bags Clubs watching. Could be an earner for Dale. |

Match thread again.....April 1st, !!
If we can win tomorrow, we will beat our total points(62) from last season with 7 games still to go, so that's a feather in McNulty's hat. We will also go above Halifax on GD and leave the play-off pesky chasers with something to think about ahead of our massive semi final.
Little things yoy may say but they all add up.

Sky Sports are still showing a 3pm ko......but a 12.30 pm ko for Aldershot v Woking.
It looks like we will know who Dale/ Spenny are up against in the Final before a ball is kicked in anger.....big incentive for us, as we will be fully aware of both teams.
It looks like it may be written in the stars? |

If Dale can get something on April Fools Day at Woking, there is then the small matter of Spennymoor Town next Saturday to take our minds off the Play-Offs and see if things go in our favour in that regard.........this time next week positions might just be a tad clearer.
Just hope we aint crying in our beer. |

Let's start an early Match Thread.......Shots are on better form than us and more important this could be a fore-runner of the FA Trophy Final if they beat Woking and our lot manage to get a result against Spennymoor Town who be be delighting in what they see at our midden.
We really need a good performance on Saturday to restore some faith in the Home Faithful.
Can McNulty gee them up enough? Yes/No? |

But we could speculate to accumulate, IF we can win the FA Trophy semi and then onto the final, we have could net £100k of winnings and ticket sales etc.....that would put a hole in the pitch costings.
But right now it's big IF, the way we are shapping up. |
