The guy is a millionaire so it's not the money he is interested in, it is a qualifying year for the World Cup . Parker is a guy in his 30's that is looking for a chance to bail out playing for his country to play in a World Cup.
He probably has very little chance of getting in the squad but would have more chance playing in the premier then the Championship, the very reason Defoe was never coming to us. |  | | |

Not bothered about Parker, he'll sign if he has no other options but not otherwise - do we really want to be someone's last resort?
I'm hoping we bolster the squad with some clever loans - Nick Powell is a great shout, can play CM and ST too.
