Just a quick follow up - I sent an e-mail to box-office last night not expecting too much and received a reply first thing this morning with a plan to get me the season ticket. replaced, they said must have been lost in the post.

Felt a bit silly as last night I'd mentioned to my wife it had not turned up in a moany typical QPR way and it turns out it turned up ages ago and she had filed it without telling me as payback for me not taking out the recycling when I said I would.

So anyway v. impressed by QPR Box Office!

Maybe I've just been lucky, but I've never had anything but a good experience with the box office. They respond very quickly, always very courteous and eager to help.

Guess that's where our £3.50 booking fee goes
