Saltash 0 QPR reserves 4 ....&..... St Austell 1. QPR youth 8 23:31 - Jul 25 with 2743 viewsplymhoop

another run out for the ressies tonight this time with the absentees from the Italian squad taking part too.
Rangers won 4.0 with goals from German, Hulse/OG, clarke/OG, and Parmenter

taking to the field were
Cerny, harriman, borrowdale, rowlands, shittu, ramage, doughty, clarke, german,
hulse, balanta
subs: olley, pujtnins, sharif, parmenter, andrade, cook, pellicori, hewitt

rangers started sloppily and Saltash were awarded an early penalty which was saved by Cerny then the R'ssss took the lead in the 12th minute through german, after which rangers dominated but created few clear cut chances Hulse going close perhaps and the ashes keeper making one or two fine saves too....Saltash pretty much packed the box when under the cosh and enjoyed a few sporadic attacks without threatening the rangers goal. Big dan stifling every through ball and mopping up nicley.
.
in the second half rangers created more but it took 2 goals from Hulse & Clarke to increase the lead, both could have gone down as own goals ....Hulse's effort certainly getting a big touch from a reds defender (59 mins) and clarkes being palmed in by the keeper (65 mins) goes to show these mugs cant score against a team god knows how many leagues below the conference unless its a scrappy goal bundled in over the line from inside the 6 yard box

the youngster parmenter blasted a shot from outside the box to make it 4 with about 15minutes left and by this stage we had started to get behind the home teams back line alot more but andrade wasted his chances, pulling shots wide of the post 2 or 3 times after working his way through also the young mo sharif does well to open a chance for himself but without the finishing touch

pujtnins, cook, andrade, sharif, parmenter & pellicori were all used in place of cerny, germa, balanta, hulse, clarke & ramage

so after a slow start another convincing win for the QPR tour, although we could or should have added more to the scoreline. a fair few rangers fans in attendance and the youth team with birch and gallen came to watch too.

St Austell tommorrow (tues) for the youth team again so will add something the minute i get in!!!
