My reason for asking this was, it was raised a couple of days after the Piroe transfer. Speculation at the time was it was to cover the staged Piroe payments. A large payment was paid from Leeds in early June in regards to the Piroe transfer, yet the charge is still in place. Surely if it was in relation to the Piroe transfer the sensible thing would be to repay the charge in the same P&S year, this has passed. If the charge was not set against the future Piroe transfer payments, what was if for and how much is it's value. As it is often said, without clarity nothing can be taken at face value. | | | |
