Welcome, YH.

What is your view on muck and nettles, headers, tackles, just going out there and enjoying it and playing with a smile on one's face?

Welcome to the madhouse, good to have you onboard

The cheese question is the traditional first question for newcomers.

You'll find QPR fans from all over the place on here, but it's good to know that at least one small part of Yorkshire is blue and white hooped.

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

I think I'd have to consider a final match in Switzerland if I could only go to away games. Although last season home games weren't a lot different to be fair.

Poll: QPR to finish 7th or Brentford to drop out of the top 6?

Welcome Yorkshire. I lived in Sheffield for many years (as did Mr Whittingham i believe) and then Hebden Bridge for a few. A lot of friends still up those ways so I'm a regular visitor when in the UK. Lots of away days within easy reach too!

My wifes grandad was from Beverley. Lovely place.

Sport mad he was and visited us regularly. Always brought him down to Rangers and he loved it regardless of being a Hull fan.

Passed away a few years ago.

Dont know why we bother. .... but we do!

Welcome Yorkshire, my sister-in-law lives in Hull with her bf (Leeds fan booo) and the parents-in-law have a holiday lodge up in Bempton.

We went to Beverley last year for a day, lovely town. Had the amusing experience of hearing a lady moan in a bookshop that she couldn't buy a Bible and couldn't find any bookshops in Beverley selling a Bible.

We then went up to the Minster (absolutely beautiful) and the shop there of course was full of Bibles to sell. So presumably the Minster has a vicehold grip on the Bible selling market in Beverley and woe betide any other bookseller wanting to muscle in on their turf.

I hope the lady went to the Minster and found a Bible to buy eventually.
