He was definitely playing through pain before being properly sidelined with an "unrelated" injury.
His first injury was a broken bone in his foot so it's harsh to count that as a potential long term issue. The ankle knocks/ligament problems are slightly more worrying but contact injuries aren't exactly genetic, all depends on how they're managed after they occur. Not like a dodgy hamstring. | | | |
