My neighbour spends his day on his back step smoking weed. I can't open a window in the place, it fücking reeks and it's starting to pïss me off
I haven't said anything yet, partly because he has two babies and I don't want him retreating inside and exposing them to it. I've only been here a few weeks too, and I can do without creating the animosity
How would the Planet Swans community approach this problem?

Juggling with fire it was Fath.....the landlord was informed and lucky he was as an unknown person in the flat was overdosing after landlord entered property due to no answer at front door.
A terrible episode nearly ending in a death.
I suggest Blaze find out who owns property as if they are too stoned to realise not to flush wet wipes down the bog it is only going to happen again and again.

I enjoy a smoke out the back, won't in the house cos of the little 'un and my Mrs is not a fan. Anyway got neightbours on both sides so 10 mins before, I'll light a super strength candle which does the trick. I'm very conscious of the pong and always evaluate where the wind is coming from and often wait til there is no one outside and no one has clothes drying etc. Not all people are the same though but if you dont want to confront him, buy him a super stregnth candle as a subtle hit. | | | |

The secondary blockage was caused by the first according to the professionals. They also said there were nappies down there but I refuse to believe anyone is that thick
Anyway, Welsh Water sent us a colourful leaflet on how to safely and efficiently flush a toilet. It had pictures and was even shaped like a toilet bowl, so may have registered [Post edited 14 Jun 2020 10:19]
