To be fair, it doesn't matter where these players come from, far too many are interested more in money than the game.

Assou-Ekotto said as much just recently, it's just a job to him. He's only there for the money. Why would anyone be surprised? The majority of people aren't really keen on their jobs but keep going for the money.
Just because to us fans it's a dream job.....a wet dream job at that!!
