Many of you will know Amy and her family from both this forum and outside of it. A couple of days ago Amy's dad, Darran, got in touch to say that Amy's been in a critical condition in Morriston Hospital for the last ten days suffering with Sepsis. The day before yesterday Amy was moved to the ITU unit and her family were told to expect the worst. They have been devastated as you can imagine. Today thankfully Amy has shown a slight improvement and the white blood cells count has reduced. They're obviously chuffed with this positive news but there's still a long way to go.
Darran agreed that I should start this thread so hopefully people can share their good wishes with Amy and her family. No doubt Amy will be delighted reading them all WHEN she's well enough to do so.
I've had my fingers crossed on this one. When the first first post went out I just hoped for the best and glad it looks that way. Best of luck to you all Darran.

Just seen this, although I have never met Amy, I always have a smile when I see her pictures with various footballing personalities. As a premature baby I was not expected to survive due to various complications, well after half a dozen blood transfusions and 51 years later I am still here, what I am trying to say is when you survive an early medical setback in life, you have an inner strength that gives the will to survive, that is what Amy has got, if I can do it you certainly can Amy. I hope you can get that camera out soon, my thoughts are with you.

Superb effort by Trunds, lovely to see Amy looking near to her best, she's looking very well and her spirits have definitely been lifted by Trunds visit.
Excellent support and care shown on this Thread, very well done all, lovely to see so many Jacks coming together.
