Well judging by the latest result he might just well have done.
Got to wonder why the CPS brought these cases to trial in the first place, the evidence must have been pretty flimsy to have so many counts dismissed, because found not guilty dosn't mean completely innocent, just not strong enough evidence to convict, the CPS are supposed to be experts in the testamany to be given against the accused and if Harris and the others up on similar charges are found not guilty then it may well pose big problems for anyone wanting to make allegations on similar grounds against men whether celebs or not. |  | | |

The biggest issue with these cases and which could also hinder those who are genuinely victims are the claims of those who just want to jump on the wagon in the hope of getting a slice of the financial action which would then tend to follow guilty verdicts. With Saville the guilty verdict has been pronounced without a trial or with the defendant able to defend himself. He has been made guilty purely on the weight if accusations and no doubt without the old bill investigating most of the actions, and who instead are happy to rack 'em and stack 'em. Many more have come forward since it was announced that Saville's inheritors of his estate have decided to release the monies for payments towards civil claims. |  |

As in Scotland, I think it's time this 3rd option was brought in down here.
Guilty = well, self explanatory
Not Guity = they absolutely didn't do it
Not Proven = It couldn't be proved they did do it but there is still reason to believe it did happen (the John Terry case being a good example) |  | | |

What a ridiculously hostile thing to say. I think we can all assume he doesn't condone rape of 7 year olds. I can't think of any reason why you would say such a thing except to stir things up. How old are you???? I know Dave is plenty capable of standing up for himself, so I am more commenting from the perspective of board behaviour. A safe assumption is that his "I hope Harris walks free" was motivated by admiration for Harris and faith that if he walks it means he didn't do it--rather than launching the obnoxious implication that he supports child rape!!
