Swansea City gave some indications tonight that Armstrong Oko-Flex and Fin Stevens are about to be recalled by their clubs in the new year. West Ham have had inquiries from other championship clubs for Oko-Flex this month and the likelihood is he will go straight out on loan. Stevens will also return to Brentford.

Flex has been unwell but the chances of that being the reason for his exclusion is unlikely.

Jamie Paterson and Michael Obafemi were also out of the squad this evening, the former has been told he can secure a move away from Swansea and Obafemi who hasn’t performed well all season also wants to leave the Swansea.com.

Olivier Ntcham also featured in the squad tonight which is welcome news after a virus outbreak within the club.
