Dale have dipped into the loan market for the first time this summer by securing Sheffield United right wingback Femi Seriki for the season.

The 19-year-old has joined on a season long loan from Sheffield United having earned rave reviews from a brief loan spell last season at Boston United in the National League North. He's also had a loan spell in Belgium at Sheffield United feeder club Beerschot, much like George Broadbent though fans will be hoping for this loan to be more like the Rhys Norrington-Davies or Jack O'Connell rather than Broadbent!
