Absolutely, his supporters don't give a shit as Trump himself said he could walk down Fifth Ave shoot someone and he would still be elected. but as I said before these are accusations , what Biden has been accused of has been caught on video and his sexual assault accusation by Tara Reade is very credible.
The ideal ticket for the Democrats would have been Bernie Sanders with Tulsi Gabbard, but the DNC didn't allow that and ensured that Biden would be the preferred candidate and effectively he would be Hillary 2.0 , but without her brains. Biden has declared that he wants a female Vice President who would succeed him as President when he steps down, the trouble is that his list is very unimpressive.
Karmala Harris , US Senator and former California Attorney General who was accused of various malpractices including using prison labor for her own use plus she was destroyed by Tulsi Gabbard in the Democratic presidential debate.
Amy Klobuchar , US Senator and a steady , but boring Politician
Elizabeth Warren, US Senator a former progressive and is well known for lying of her Native American Heritage and her employment record,plus the Wall St backers of the Democratic party wouldn't allow Warren within one inch of the Vice Presidency.
Gretchen Whitmer, Governor of Michigan, who pissed off the residents of that state by doubling down of the lock down rules of that state.
Stacey Abrams, former Georgia State Representative who is the least experienced and is the outsider in the race.
Then there is the Elephant in the room and that is a certain Hillary Rodham Clinton who is hated with a passion by the majority of the American people. Trump has been accused of many things, some may be true some may not, but they are all accusations , there is video footage of Biden sniffing women's hair and touching young girls inappropiately also there is the accusation of sexual assault of Tara Reade who is not a Trump supporter , but a Bernie supporter. Also Bidens son who is a well known drug addict was put onto the board of a Ukrainian gas company with no experience of that industry just because of his fathers name and Biden got the Ukrainian prosecutor fired so that he wouldn't investigate Hunter Bidens involvement in the firm, btw Joe Biden bragged on video that he got the prosecutor fired. To be honest with you Bernie Sanders would have been a better and more credible opponent than Biden and probably would have beaten Trump. But Biden is the choice of a very corrupt DNC that would rather suck up to big business and the military industrial complex than see a progressive like Sanders win. If Biden won he would be a one term president at the most and at the least he would be replaced by his Vice President. |

The problem is the Democrats didn't want a Corbyn or they would have chosen Bernie Sanders ! The DNC did all their power to ensure Sanders didn't get the nomination and they went all in for Biden , but problem with that is the fact that Biden has a shit load of baggage to contend with. He has been accused of a serious sexual assault to an intern in the 90's , inappropriate touching ,sniffing of women and young girls, his son being on the board of a Ukrainian energy firm and the subsequent firing of the chief Ukrainian anti corruption official on Bidens behest and lastly the former Vice-Presidents obvious decline into senility. The DNC quietly are now having second thought of having a Uncle Joe on the ticket because of his controversial past and his gaffes. But the left leaning media here in the States seems to ignore that as long as he is not Trump, so who do you have a boorish narcissistic ogre who transformed the economy before the virus screwed everything or a senile old duffer who is creepy and corrupt with an accusation of a serious sexual assault and fomdeling of young girls and women ? |

Bannon was to Trump, what Dominic Cummings is to Boris Johnson. At the moment there is no one on the Democrat side who can challenge Trump. Bernie Sanders is too left wing for America, Joe Biden is too old , confused and has the scandel of his son being appointed on the board of an energy company in the Ukraine, Elizabeth Warren has lied on numerous times that the voters hardly believe anything she says. Mayor Pete is too young and unfortunately his sexuality will put off many older voters. Bloomberg has only entered the race as a vanity project, he hates Trump and that is why he's running !
The only two candidates with any respect are Andrew Yang and Tulsi Gabbard and they both have a cat in hells chance of winning which is unfortunate as they talk about policies and solutions and not carry on about 'Orange man bad!' The American people are pissed off with this impeachment crap. The most fascinating election will not be this one ,but the election in 2024. |

My mistake , it had been negotiating for the purchase of the S-400 , nevertheless if it does have the S-300 they must have Russian advisors training the operators and as I said before the Russians don't have the best reputation when it comes to downing civilian aircraft! |

Iran has bought the S-400 missile system from Russia and more than likely that the surface to air system is manned by Russian advisors, as we all know Russia has a nice history of shooting down civilian airliners the Korean 747 over Sakalin island in the 80's to the Malaysian airliner over the Ukraine more recently! When it comes to identifying military and civilian aircraft, your average Russian missile and radar operators couldn't differentiate between a Moose and a 737 ! |

First of all , I think for myself , secondly I look at the evidence and even moderate Democrats are seeing and commenting that the impeachment process is a farce that is diluting the election. As for Trump telling lies , wow there's a shock a Politician telling lies , that's what they do !
As for a madman , this is a man who stopped a military attack on Iran , pulled troops out of Syria ( which I disagree with , by the way) and has gone against the military /Industrial complex compare that to Hillary Clinton who in the 2016 election proposed setting up no-fly zones over Syrian airspace and shooting down any military aircraft that entered the zone which would have included downing Russian aircraft , somehow I don't think Putin would accepted that too well!!!! As I said before Trump is boorish , crass and childish, but your average American would rather be safe and secure than having his or her relatives being sent to endless wars thousands of miles away and coming home in a flag draped coffin. I don't support the man , but I see stupidity of trying to oust him from office forcibly and undemocratically just wait till the election next November and if the American people don't like the guy then they will have the chance to vote him out of office. But if this impeachment farce carries on with the flimsiest of evidence then the people will vote Trump back in again. |

Absolutely , but Tulsi destroyed Kamela Harris in the Democratic debate and crossed Hillary Clinton which is a big no no in the DNC. But then again you are seeing again Bernie Sanders being sidelined in favour of the totally unsuitable Joe Biden who is totally unelectable either because of his dubious actions in the Ukraine , his inappropriate behavior towards women and young girls or his continual gaffes either because of his age or more worrying some early onset of Senilty or Altzeimers either way if you question Trumps suitability for office then you have to question Bidens qualifications to hold the most powerful office on the Planet. |

Lisa , the unemployment rate is the lowest for decades and people are finding jobs pretty quickly ! I work in a department store over in the States and the customers are spending money more freely now than when President Obama was in power. When Trump was elected I was as sceptical as the next person , but his handling of the economy has been first rate. Yes, the man is crass, boorish and a first rate prat ! But Joe Sixpack would rather have a secure job and economy than the uncertainty of 2008,2009 and 2010, and if it means having a President acting like an asshole then so be it!
As for the Ukraine just look at the transcript and also the evidence is flimsy to say the least, there has got to be questions asked about Joe Biden and his son's involvement in the Burisma energy company. If the establishment want to get rid of Trump ,they have got to do better than the dodgy Muller report, Ukrainegate and the next thing they can invent. The way things are going Trump will win in 2020 , if Democrats had concentrated on policy and attacking him on his record then they may have had a chance, but to try and overturn the 2016 election just because Hillary didn't win has backfired on them just as the election results tonight has backfired on the Lib Dems and Labour. |

That is hersay, there is no evidence , it like me saying ' I feel like robbing a bank, even though I didn't do a crime , you still charge me with a bank robbery! '. As for him stopping his staffers from testifying that is Trump just being bloody minded rather than guilt because all the impeachment committee have to do is go to the courts to order the Trump administration to release the staffers to appear before the enquiry and there is nothing Trump could do but comply. Schiff hasn't done that and that says more about Schiff than Trump. |

Have you read the transcript ? There is nothing in the transcript that suggests that ! There is no quid pro quo nor is there evidence to suggest that , all they have is a very corrupt chairman in Adam Schiff making up lies and altering the narrative to suit his agenda. Yes, Trump is boorish , crass and vulgar, but he is the elected President and there are a lot of people in the Democratic Party that can't accept that Hillery Clinton lost. If the American people want to remove him , there is an election next November and there lies the problem the economy is doing really well , unemployment is at an all time low especially amongst African Americans and Hispanics and illegal Immigration is falling!
The Democratic candidates are very unappealing, Biden even before the allegations of corruption following his son's appointment to a Ukrainian power company was seen as creepy following inappropriate videos of him touching females and children, Bernie Sanders is seen as on par with Corbyn in regard to his left wing views , Elizabeth Warren lied about her so called Native American heritage all you have left is Mayor Pete who too young , Tulsi Gabbard who is excellent , but the DNC hate her as she spoke out against St Hillery and destroyed Kamala Harris in one of the televised debates and then again you have Andrew Yang who is intelligent and eloquent (something Joe Biden isn't!!) but he is on the fringe and not to the DNC's liking. What I am saying is that there is hate on both sides,what happened in Texas was clearly influenced by the rhetoric coming from Trump, but there are extremists on both sides and unfortunately the availability of guns makes using them the first choice to express some nutters hate. I have been living here for six years ! I woke up this morning to the news that there was a mass shooting ninety miles away in Metro Atlanta, three people where shot in house (that is considered a mass shooting) that won't ever make the national news, but gun violence especially in the big cities is the norm.
On average there are 3 to 4 gun murders in Atlanta a day, whether that is gang related , domestic violence , rage albeit road rage or pure anger that still means 3 to 4 human beings end up on a mortuary slab. As for gun control I gave up long ago as the Republicans have long sucked up to the NRA and Wayne La Pierre's bunch of loony tunes, when Sandy Hook happened and the Parklands school shooting took place last year I hoped there was hope , but US Polititions on both sides will never have the will to stand up to the gun lobby as that would be Electorial suicide. |

The shooter in Ohio was a supporter of Elizabeth Warran who wanted extreme socialism in the States. So you do have lunatics on both sides of the political spectrum, mental health background checks are a must now. But also the banning of large capacity magazines is also essential, unfortunately the NRA led by that lunatic Wayne La Pierre are against both ideas. As bat shit crazy the Democrats are at the moment ,they have been consistent and intelligent in their ideas for gun control !
Unfortunately, any talk from the Democrats about sensible gun control will get the NRA and your extreme gun owners claiming all the left want to do is 'take away your guns!' No self respecting Presidential Candidate from whatever party would advocate that, as that would be Electorial suicide. As I have said before guns have been an integral part of US history and culture from 'The War of Independance, The Civil War , The Taming of the Wild West, two World Wars, Korea, Vietnam through to 9/11 and various wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. The 'Genie' is well out of the bottle and nothing now will be able to reverse that. |

Well why don't they start acting their age then ? Each time they are on tv, the self styled 'squad' act like four spoiled brats, you don't see Kamela Harris, Elizabeth Warren, Marianne Williamson or Amy Klobuchar behaving like that. I have not attacked their race or gender , I stated that these four women are acting like entitled kids who can't get their way. Yes ,Trump insulted them and he for a man in his 70's should know better ! But with his ego once he has a phone in his hand can't control himself.
I have a lot of time for principled politicians Tony Benn, Mrs Thatcher and recently Caroline Flint come to mind, as for the crap ones where do I start Edward Heath, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown , Jeremy Corbyn and yes Theresa May. So no I don't have different standards it is as I am living here I am exposed to these four women more than most. Tonight we are having the second round of the Democratic debates and Kamela Harris is again pitted against Joe Biden, now Biden was savaged by Harris in the first debate, it will be interesting to see if Harris wins again , she along with Warren will have a strong chance of becoming the nominees as Bernie and Biden are seen as past it ( sorry to sound ageist and they are both crap as well !) . Funnily enough if she got the nomination I can see Harris wiping the floor with Trump. You probably can't stand me ,but I have a lot of respect for you as you talk a hell of a lot of sense not only about the Swans , but about other things as well. |
