Expectations are so high on Sanches. This is a good read on where he was at last season. He's going to need time to get his confidence up. 'Mark Lovell is the Bayern Munich correspondent for ESPN and watched Sanches close-up last season at the Allianz Arena. “There were too many headless chicken, frenzied running about-type performances,” he says. “Sanches was the worst passer in the Bayern squad last season. He was too keen to impress in his cameos and ended up giving the ball away cheaply, which was really noticeable in the first season after Pep [Guardiola]. I think expectations got the better of him.' https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2017/sep/10/renato-sanches-wonderkid-c |

Disgraceful comments from Trump. Even his own embassy in the UK couldn't agree with him. Not to mention his sharing of inaccurate stories from right wing media within hours of this happening, when the facts weren't yet clear. And just leaving this here for anyone who thinks we're entering an epidemic. Would you feel safer in London from 1970 to the early 90's or now? https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DAwD2X5XkAAKw6T.jpg:large |

Was there any truth in the rumour about a bloke at Doras in a long, leather coat, who apparently kept a sawn-off shotgun under it? |

So did you ask him? |

Just really hope that the club has learnt to leave transfers and recruitment to a football person. HJ needs to stop meddling in that side once and for all. Hard to see that changing though as I think he genuinely believes it's the best way. Deluded! |

Who knows if any truth in this but anyone care to offer opinions on what this might mean? Would it mean HJ still trying to play Director of Football? Please, no! |

Arteta's retired. You might still prefer him though which says a lot about what we've got! |

It's a third world country so yes, many would like to get to the US to not be in a third world country. Ironic considering the US was one of the major reasons for this. Cuba should always be compared to other Latin American countries when it comes to economy, human rights etc. It comes out pretty well when compared that way. |

Maybe you should look up the Cuban Adjustment Act to see why that was so tempting to some Cubans versus other Carribean and Latin American countries. Let's not get knowledge get in the way of anything though. |

Some of his columns in The Guardian were really good (not all) and a more accurate reflection of his actual views. His standup is a performance don't forget, and some of the offensive stuff has a sting in the tail that shows that's not really what he thinks. It is admittedly hard to find that sting sometimes. |

As of a few weeks ago they both had the same amount of top flight club experience. |

I think you'll find Guidolin retired from acting after playing his last role as Abu Nazir in season 2 of Homeland. |

The club should insist he fully focuses on the job of keeping us up and knocks this acting lark on the head. [Post edited 12 Nov 2016 15:29]
