I know a few users have been or are regular England attendees:
I'm on the UEFA website entering the ticket draw for next year's Euros and I am only able to choose matches/games selected from groups, but these groups have not been populated yet, as the qualifiers are still ongoing.
I'm wanting to get tickets for EN and CZ games but I can't see how the hell I am doing anything other than sticking my finger in the air and hoping to A) predict the random groups that CZ/EN will fall into and then B) be successful in the lottery (closes Oct 26).
If anyone has more insight/experience and would be so kind as to enlighten me or point me in a better direction, then I would really appreciate it.
What happens to the forum, when the seemingly inevitable happens?
From what I can gather this "fans network" is for league clubs so are we moving to a new site? Is there a framework set up for non-leagues such as the aforementioned for the league?
Have to say the current site is built on a poorly outdated framework and hopefully we move to a more modern framework that actually works on multiple devices - mobiles etc.
I've seen lots of talk about getting rid of the manager - I agree that he's not right.
Saw Hilly getting a strong mention but what about Parkin? He's no.2 at Wrexham and will have knowledge of the league we are heading to. He's been with Parkinson for many years and maybe there is no chance to separate him from Phil now but would he be worth a look?
Personally, I'd prefer Parkin over Hill in the current circumstances if it were possible.
These MIGs are a red hot potato as there are 23 of them - a significant escalation in weapons supplies... Seems like Poland and USA finally agreed that it's best all-round if Uncle Sam is gonna do the deed...
From a very reliable source in the 'Tunnel... there will be a UK-EU trade deal agreed next week. I quote:
"Britain has CAVED. Unless someone in Westminster does something really stupid between now and then a deal will be signed." *clearly this cannot be ruled out!
This will give the UK access to the Single Market, tariff and quota-free BUT with specific sanctions to be put on the UK if they lower standards or move away from the Level Playing Field on state aid etc. This means that the UK becomes a rule-taker inasmuch as when the EU implement new regulations or standards, the UK MUST also implement those new rules too, but without being in the room or being able to vote on drafting the new regulations.
Importantly, this agreement does NOT keep the UK in the Customs Union meaning that the worst-case scenario of thousands of stranded trucks in Kent is still on the table as are the 30 million customs declarations required between GB and Northern Ireland, not to mention the hundreds of millions of new customs declarations required to ship from GB to EU customers.
Also: FISH. The UK will allow EU boats to continue to fish in UK waters, yes French ones too but the UK's quota will be gradually increased by agreement. Based on history though, any new fishing quota issued to the UK will probably be sold to someone in Spain or Denmark in the future just like they did with the last ones - then cry foul play.
Boris will sell this to the UK as a "great oven-ready deal".
