Turnstile frustrations

Good job I went for belt and braces today.

I bought my ticket for today's game online and expected it would be available in my ticket hub on the app or on my new QPR Pay membership card. Annoyingly, ticket didn't appear on the app on my phone (only on my iPad which I wouldn't be taking to the game) and the support team can't seem to sort out why.

Assumed I would be ale to use the new membership card - nope, that was refused at the turnstile. Good job I took a printout of the ticket which was emailed to me.

At least I got in and was able to enjoy the game but boy do they make it difficult!
