The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 18:01 - Oct 27 by Lord_Bony | Well at least that point has taken us up to 9th position! That clutch of goals made a big difference to us last week. Don t think that was a penalty in the end. All in all a fair result could have gone either way |
Spot on. If those lot are to beat us, they'll see we aren't the best under the high ball. I think Wet Spam will do well if that p*ssed up lunk head is ever fit for them

The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 17:56 - Oct 27 by deanscfc | Good test today playing against a better version of Cardiff...i.e. organised but negative hoofball. Finished the better side and probably could have won second half. Pablo looked good and shame that Bony's shot was saved. |
Absolutely! Nice run out for Pablo and Ash too. Hope we can set the alarm too wake up a little earlier in next game though.

The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 18:15 - Oct 27 with 2271 views | Neath_Jack | P1ss poor performance again. We are looking really disjointed for some reason, hope we find our mojo soon. Our once, slick, one touch passing has all but disappeared. Frustrated.

The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 18:31 - Oct 27 with 2117 views | KingBony | Don't even know where to start today. Total frustration yet again, Referee not clamping down on any time wasting, which is pretty much all the came to do by the look of it. 4 fecking times he warned Their keeper ....ducking book him then!!!!! Argggg Routledge can just feck right off, why he's started after his last few performances beggars belief! Chico, Ash, Leon only players to come out with anything from that performance. Vasquez tried hard but needs time to adjust. More worrying is how bloody bored I'm getting game after game, where has all our creativity, slick one touch passing that used to get us in behind teams?? If everyone comes to play for a draw we are gonna struggle.

A most reasonable analysis. [I'd add only that we missed Ben Davies' work in the final third.]

The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 19:12 - Oct 27 with 1836 views | ImAlrightJack | I know I said last night the Prem is overrated, but I didn't mean it. I was just pissed off how the media-love in with Man United always revolves round media coverage this league gets. There are 19 other teams in this league with a good reason they are in it. As for today, it's a job well done against a better team than the one we beat 3-0 last season, so it was a positive although we should have had a penalty. We're Swansea anyway and hardly get them, I say "hardly" because we got our first one in like 56 games last week. Nice Alf Garnet reference in the original post there. [Post edited 27 Oct 2013 19:16]

The Official Swansea City vs West Ham match weekend thread on 19:16 - Oct 27 with 1817 views | lifelong | I don't like repeating myself but I think I will. Some people just do not appreciate the level we are playing at these days. I enjoyed the game today, West ham obviously came for a point and packed their midfield with 5 players making it difficult for us to break them down. Their only other threat came from set pieces and it nearly paid off for them. It was a game that could have gone either way and it kept me on the edge of my seat until the final whistle. A draw a fair result against a very powerful West Ham side. If you are bored by watching this standard of football maybe you need to think of supporting another sport.

Glad you enjoyed it, did someone's spill something on the back of your chair to keep you perched on the edge? I'm only giving my opinion if your post was aimed at me anyway, I can't help feeling bored, it's the truth. I am considering missing the next few if I'm honest it seems to put me in a bad mood for work on Monday mornings. Maybe I'll just watch on streams for a while, it's not like it's cheap to watch 3 games in 8 days so yeah I'll take your advice I think. At
