Bury, some questions. 21:11 - Jun 13 with 9329 views | 442Dale | It's been over two weeks since the takeover and I can't be arsed going searching for answers, but any Bury fan should be able to provide info to the following: 1) have they signed any players yet? If not, why not? 2) has Blackwell done any interviews talking about specific targets? 3) what has the new board said recently regarding finances and squad building? 4) who are they playing pre-season? This will have been sorted, right? No doubt these are simple questions, and will take about a minute for any Shakers fan to answer. Thanks in advance and I'm sure they'll be able to deal with any other queries from other posters too.

Bury, some questions. on 22:34 - Jun 19 by RAFCBLUE | I was more confused by the assertion that the number of attendees directly correlates with the accuracy of answers to the questions! If the first question is: "What synergies are there between running a successful property businesses and an aspirational League 2 football club ?" How does the number of attendees prevent an "accurate" answer? [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]

Surely question 1 will be: "Which one of you is Stewart Day?"
| When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf? |

He will be easy to spot based on this description: "Stewart is an open individual that will not hide from any of the fans questioning and will openly invite people to the club in the next few weeks to share his vision for the future of this amazing football club." Providing you stump up £3 quid, have bought a ticket in advance and are one of 75 lucky people.

Heard it this morning. Impressions A few side steps. He/they have looked at investing in several clubs but 'the passion in the town for bury football club' won him over They haven't recruited because they don't want to sign injured players and ones who have 'passion for the shirt' Season tickets have sold well since their price drop Eloquent bloke, compared to the last chap, but some answers should had lead to further questions that weren't asked. One question was answered though... At least he exists

Bury, some questions. on 14:05 - Jun 24 with 1162 views | SuddenLad | Day said: "The team is depleted, we need to recruit players and we're very aware of that. We've been working hard to get the right player. What we don't want to do is make any rushed decisions. "We've put a worldwide scouting system in place, and we've got 25 players that have come from all over the world coming into training - we've even got a lad coming in from Brazil." Worldwide scouting system ? I bet it reaches as far as Stubbins and to the other side of Hawkshaw and Holcombe Tower.

Bury, some questions. on 15:26 - Jun 24 with 1041 views | Hopwoodblue | Can he really be that naive? Worldwide scouting network ? If it were that easy I'm sure we would all have one ! And that old chesnut about not rushing so we bring the right player in, does he actually follow football ? because someone needs to point out to him that most football league teams have gone back to pre season training today and will probably be playing friendlies within two weeks. He sounds like a bit of poor mans Michael Knighton and what a complete cock he was, can see him dribbling up giggle towards the cemy end with his shakers scarf on, and blasting the ball in the net and all the many road end cheering as that's where the home fans are ! Then announcing that he can't rustle up the £14.81 to actually take over bUry ! I really can't wait for the beginning of the season and see how many more bollocks this guy talks. Bring it on,will it be to early to relegate them in March at giggle do we think ? That would be my best possible outcome to the season as we take the three points to secure promotion.

As much as this all appears stupid beyond belief!! Lets not get ahead of ourselves bURY might pull one or two rabbits out of the hat yet. He who laughs last and all that boLL***s. Lets just be an interested party from afar and see exactly how this pans out. I was assured Zubar was signing for them today - That would have been a decent statement of intent by the shakers and a good start for them. They might just end up with a formulae that allows them to compete but to get a starting X1 ( that can compete ) from here let alone a squad will take some doing. Poor mans Munto anyone? Thank Christ this is not us as this whole sorry episode just gets more odd by the day. Brazillians and Seria A Italians!!! ???? More like shift workers from Bem Brazil and Bella fookin Sara!!!

Apparently Zubar's knees are goosed and cant pass a medical, so whether they do some sort of pay as you play deal remains to be seen. I wonder if this is where MayDay's quote about not signing injured players came from? The next director to be announced is rumoured to be Perry Deakin who took Port Vale into administration! I spose the sooner he can do this at Giggle, the sooner Stewie can build houses on it!

Bury, some questions. on 16:25 - Jun 24 with 931 views | Hopwoodblue | You couldn't make it up ! All we need now is for Blackwell to be sacked and Eyre to be front runner for the job with all those City players just waiting to sign for bUry This sorry story gets better by the day, heard bUry are going to book at five a side pitch at Heywood sports centre for their summer camp, think they have organised four rooms for players and staff at the Albany B & B! Ground floor of course because Zubar can't get up the stairs with his bad knees ! [Post edited 1 Jan 1970 1:00]
