It's been over two weeks since the takeover and I can't be arsed going searching for answers, but any Bury fan should be able to provide info to the following:
1) have they signed any players yet? If not, why not?
2) has Blackwell done any interviews talking about specific targets?
3) what has the new board said recently regarding finances and squad building?
4) who are they playing pre-season? This will have been sorted, right?
No doubt these are simple questions, and will take about a minute for any Shakers fan to answer. Thanks in advance and I'm sure they'll be able to deal with any other queries from other posters too. |  |

Serious question Didd's, do you think that is the reason Mr Day got the club is because Bury were that close to going bump?
I know we like to take the mick, but if SD could redevelop lower Gigg and Gigg lane and get a stadium closer to the town centre (where the athletic track is say), that would be a great outcome.
Would the traditionalists support a move away from Gigg?
With the land Bury have, they are in a much better position than Dale with regards to building a self financing stadium, we however have a board that I trust would always do the right thing for Dale.
Interesting times and as long as you always finish at least one place below us, I do hope that theres a decent outcome for you.

With lots of money being spent on local gyms/leisure centres at the minute, it seams logical to build a footy ground near the town centre, have two stands with leisure/business facilities, a decent facility to rent out for do's and one stand to run the footy club out of, but hey, what do I know? | |
