I am not sure that Yorkshire Dale was agreeing with your opinion about Hill. I certainly don't. When Hill was managing before there were lots of instances when I couldn't see the reasoning for bringing certain players in or making a particular substitution or persisting with a particular player. In the majority of instances he was right, a sufficient majority to taje us to a play off, get promoted and stbailise the club in a higher league. That record does speak for itself.
