Coleman is not responsible for Saturday's poor attendance 21:41 - Dec 10 with 5686 viewsdale_upon_tyne

Pick from a list any of the following well cited reasons: (a) Terrible Commercial department at the club (b) Failing to do any work in building the fanbase during the Hilly goodtimes (c) Xmas shopping (d) Disillusionment with the fanbase following relegation (e) Doubledip recession etc etc ...

BUT in no way is Coleman responsible for 1,700 fans at home. Attendances have been lower and falling all year, but they always fall in the run up to Christmas (unless we've built a Cup run - good luck to anyone that tries to remember one of those!)

I Didn't attend on sat due to one reason and one reason only i couldn't be arsed. I've got a season ticket so the way i see it I've already payed my money and the thought of going down to dale From stockpot where i live was unbearable. So i opted to stay in my nice warm house and listened to it on dale world instead. Weather that was due to Coleman and the way we play at home probably but could anyone do a better job atm am unsure!

OK, but then why start a thread entitled 'Either Coleman goes or I go'?

I have a season ticket, had one for close to 25 years.
My wife and here mother used to work for the Dale many years ago.
I have been through the bad times before, but I have never felt so far removed from the club that as a family we have given so much time to.
There will be certain members of the original fighting fund who will be turning in their graves over the way this club is being managed from the top.
Coleman's "don't give a f**k" attitude to the club and its fans is beginning to really get to me.. I have just had enough..

I'm getting really confused now. Yesterday you wrote:-

'Not realy sure why..I have just lost the passion.
It wouldn't matter who the manager is I just don't have the desire any more.
Never a fan of Coleman and he wouldn't have been my choice to manage Rochdale.
Wasn't it Coleman who said " be careful what you wish for"'

It's not my intention to trip you up, call in to question your loyalty or be disrespectful to far long-serving Dale fans than myself. However, the reasons being forwarded for non-attendance is like nailing jelly to a wall.

On one post you write that it 'wouldn't matter who the manager is' then on another post, only a day after, you place the blame firmly at Coleman's feet.

He really can't win can he? If he, or any other manager for that matter, does well that will not be enough for you.

It's nonsensical.

I should also add that if, as you claim, never wanted Coleman as manager then you never wished for him. Thus, why should you be careful of something that you never wished for?

Don't want to get in a I said, you said debate.
As far as the wish thing, it was aimed at those that wanted Coleman and now are unhappy with him.
I have had my say and thats as far as I want it to go.
Goodbye.
