The bigger immediate concern is the rain that’s forecast for tomorrow when Hornets play. This is not a dig at Hornets so let’s try and avoid all those debates, but if that game is played what confidence will there be in our game on Tuesday going ahead? |  |

The rain during the night was on the BBC weather forecast. It has stopped snowing and now bright sunshine with not a cloud in sight. But tomorrow and Monday looking very grim. |  | | |

Thought the pitch held up pretty well yesterday.
Some heavy rain forecast and a game of rugby this afternoon not ideal. It will be a busy 3 days for the ground staff to maximise our chance of getting Tuesday nights game on!.
Massive chance to register 2 wins in 4 days to finally leapfrog Oldham.
Realistically this was always on the cards.

The only land that is available borders the cray and Buckley hill lane areas near to housing unfortunately. There is another patch of land near the Asda warehouse but that backs onto the
new housing estates off Broad Lane and they are right nimbys around there. |
Looks like that land isn't available either as it's been earmarked to be part of the atom valley project. Our MP raised the possibility in parliament today so basically Kingsway is full of that gets approved. I actually think we should stay where we are and the pitch sorted out once properly. |  | | |
