If he's attracting interest from Premier Clubs the even more reason for us to bring him back this month.

You're assuming,Grim that the club knows what they are doing.

I would hazard a guess he is yet another player who didn’t suit Wussells style so wa scouting favour
Let’s get him back

After a bit of a dip (when he wasn’t playing much for us) he’s been top class for Northern Ireland in recent games.

Admittedly, I haven't seen much of him since going out on loan, but in favour of giving him a chance back at Saints.

I thought he was average last season for us and when he went out on loan I wasn't too upset. However, this is a new era and new style of play after Martin's departure, so nothing to lose by bringing him back. He may just be the catalyse we need.

He's at probably better than what we have.
Downes is disappointing, too erratic.
Aribo is not good enough to play midfield in Premier lge.
Big Les (whatever his name is) doesn't want to be here & he's not impressed anyhow.
Smallbone injured but not good enough.
Lallana is more creative but not so good defensively & he's always injured.
Shea Charles having played regularly for Sheffield is at least if not a better option than any of them

Wouldn't disagree, when compared with this list of options. All good on their day, but too inconsistent.
