‘The owner of the house where the wall was destroyed did not wish to speak at length, only saying the driver “is a nice bloke, it was an accident”.’ https://www.kentonline.co.uk/medway/news/investigation-continues-into-footballer Sometimes this site can be a bit spiteful, and weirdly forces me into a position of sticking up for a guy I didn’t give a fck about prior to this post. Prolific striker on 20:07 - Sep 10 by GaryHaddock | This response sort of makes my point really. Same for Dozell, Dykes, Kakay as most recent examples. Arguably limited players who didn’t wish the club any harm, who the manager played fairly regularly, and don’t deserve a lot of the non football stuff that is said in my opinion. Just feels nasty on occasions. I’m not digging you out personally, but you either don’t care about the bloke or you write 200 words about him. It can’t be both. [Post edited 10 Sep 20:32]

That's ok, I wasn't writing 200 words about Bonne, I was writing 200 words about why my more succinct post wasn't spiteful. | | | |
