Week 26 results AFC BOURNEMOUTH 1 NOTTINGHAM FOREST 1 Forest snatched a late equaliser to deny Bournemouth their first win since November. A great 8 got this spot-on, in what was the weekls most predicted score, and one more had the outcome. SOUTHAMPTON 0 ASTON VILLA 1 Southampton remain rooted to the bottom of the Premier League after Ollie Watkins' second-half header earned Villa a narrow win. Only mfb_cufc had this spot-on, and a further 7 got the outcome. STOKE CITY 4 READING 0 Stoke put in a dominant performance to thump Reading and end a three-match losing run in the Championship. Nobody got this spot-on, but 14 did have the outcome. FOREST GREEN ROVERS 1 MILTON KEYNES DONS 2 Mo Eisa scored twice with MK Dons only shots on target, as they came from behind to beat their fellow strugglers to move out of the League One drop zone. Just 2 had this spot-on, and another 7 got the outcome. MORECAMBE v PORT VALE POSTPONED Frozen pitch STEVENAGE 3 LEYTON ORIENT 0 A dominant performance from Stevenage, as they stretched their unbeaten League run to 11 matches, against 10-man Orient, who fail to have a shot on target. Nobody got this spot-on, though 10 did have the outcome. As we liuckily avoided having too many fixtures from League 2, only one game was lost to the weather. That left five trappy fixtures to predict, and the results bore that out, as only the Bournemouth 1-1 proved to be easy, with it being the weeks most predicted score, producing 8 of the total 11 spot-ons. Division One won that particular contest 8-3, and it was in that league where the weeks top performances came from. Two members from that league did well to have two 3 pointers, the Bournemouth 1-1 and the MK Dons 2-1. They were Lewis_1, who also had the Villa and Stoke outcomes, to make him the weeks top scorer with an excellent 8 points. And bwildered, who also got the Stoke outcome, to give him a decent 7 points. Best of the seven who had one 3 pointer was mfb_cufc, who got three outcomes to go with that Villa spot-on, to give him a useful 6 points. The Bournemouth 1-1 was the 26th one for the Happy League this season, and is now 8 ahead of the 1-0 in second, and it looks likely to regain the title for the seasons top resdult. Happy Cup The draw has been made for the Semi-finals, and the fixtures are now ready for predicting, with the deadline Saturday 28th January 15.00. In the Premier The good recent run for mfb_cufc continued this week, and his lead has now stretched to 14 points. Four outcomes were enough for noah4x4 to move up a place and to reclaim second spot. Two outcomes for thrillseeker, and he drops to third. A solid 5 points for RSCOSWORTH, that included having the Bournemouth 1-1 spot-on, keeps him in the final Super Cup place. Despite firing a blank, blueeagle remains fifth, as he heads a mid-table group of four that are only separated by a point. On the plus side they are 11 points above the relegation zone, but on the down side they are 8 points behind the top 4. Current champ concordman moved up a place to sixth. This is the first time he has been in the top half since the first week of the season. The final member to get a 3 pointer in this division was Daniel, the Bournemouth 1-1, that enabled him to move a couple of points nearer to safety. In Division One Last week I mentioned that this league was really starting to hot up. Well, it got a few degrees hotter this week, as the top 5 are now only separated by 2 points. Having the Bournemouth 1-1 spot-on helped to move Moor_Pinot up a couple of places, to take over at the top again, after last being there in Week 14. But it is only on the most 3 pointer rule from GOSBTS, whose two outcomes takes his run in the top 2 to 13 weeks. Two outcomes also for Madeira163, and he remains third, just a point further back. That is also on the most most 3 pointer rule from bwildered, whose decent week moved him up a place to fourth. To equal his season high position, last held in Week 12. The top scoring performance for Lewis_1 moved him up a couple of places to fifth. Only one outcome for MrHappy2, but it was enough for him to claim a place in the top 6 for the 15th week running. Just a point within the top 6 is burnsieespana, as he was another to benefit from getting the Bournemouth 1-1 spot-on. That same spot-on moved Tropical_U up a place to ninth, but the gap between 8th and 9th has now grown to 10 points again. The final member to have the Bournemouth 1-1 spot-on was basher2010, but not quite enough to get him off the bottom. THE TABLES (187 out of 280 played) (Tie-breaker: Most 3 pointers, and then the first to post) Week 27 Fixtures This now a 7 game week to make up for the postponed game in Week 26.
