There’s a danger that looking for problems which don’t actually exist or don’t have positive solutions attached loses sight of what we can all do to help.
It was established in the Christmas update what excellent work the community team are doing, it is bringing a lot to the club and the town.

That’s a very polite way of saying “don’t be a prick, blackdog!”.

Blackdog are you back attending games now? Or still not bothering because of the no smoking situation?
To answer your question I am not a season card holder anymore and I went to the first game of the season full of hopes and expectations… by half time it wasn’t the fact I couldn’t have a fag it was more do I want to watch another 45 minutes of what I had just seen or head off to the dog instead…
Smoking is an issue and one of the reasons & I know a few others who stopped going because of this very reason but if I’m honest it upsets me to watch them get drummed every week.
I got into this debate a while ago and someone asked me what would it take for me to start going again and my answer is still the same, smoking at half time would help, most other clubs open a gate and let people out of the ground, it only takes one steward to stand there and do this & let’s be honest, people are not going to try sneaking in at half time are they… the real reason is I do not find it entertaining anymore and find it too hard to watch…

Just reading the Trust Update…
Great news the club are now considering my issue with smoking…
If it is resolved I will make the effort to start going again
