Like any board, in fact even more so after the last twelve months or so, they know how important it is to communicate well to supporters. This is a crucial period.

Apart from saying departed instead of parted, I think it was a decent statement.

Aside from the obvious disrespectful, totally ignorant to facts this forum has no issue with McNulty.

There's one poster who regularly disrespects him. Who else?

When I was your age, I used to enjoy the odd game of tennis. Or was it golf?

It's noticeable how consistently he draws spontaneous applause from the stands when he's warming up

He's respected alright

Apologies if this is common knowledge, but I saw a few bits on twitter from fans of McNulty's previous clubs about his kidney & did some googling... I had never heard about this happening before. Sounds painful!

Jim was never the best player but he always gave his and respects the club and the supporters. If every player has that attitude we will be okay.

Out of the blue a fellow in the pub (Brighton fan - I must have mentioned that i was a Dale fan previously ) said Jim has taken over interim manager of Dale, of course I knew that however, I didn't know (according to this Brighton Fan) that Jim suffered a serious kidney injury whilst playing for Brighton - I don't want to say too much as it's 3rd hand information however, apparently we are talking major surgery - I'm shocked !
Top bloke - good luck and best wishes Jim .
