Has the EFL worked out if Morton House owes HMRC £1,134,804.21? 21:47 - Feb 23 with 2201 views | RAFCBLUE | Liquidation is a murky world. Shutting companies down. Stripping them bare and then like a vulture picking at the carcass of the good meat and leaving just the bones. I'm really puzzled as to how and why HM Revenue and Customs is owed £1,134,804.21 by a Morton House acquired subsidiary RTU HR Limited. Don't believe me? Straight at Companies House there is this: https://ibb.co/Lz8BXdn This was filed in the public domain in August 2021, just shortly after the EFL had worked out that someone somewhere might have possibly theoretically maybe broken just one of their teensy weensy rules on buying shares in EFL member clubs without the EFL saying it was ok to do so. From our shared experiences with the EFL this is just after the bit in the story where Alexander Jarvis goes bleating to the Daily Telegraph and outing Andrew Curran as the man behind a "hostile takeover". Jarvo at the peak of his powers there. The EFL stepped in straight after Captain Sabotage lets the cat out of the bag. In April 2019, the public record shows that Morton House bought 80% of this Company: https://ibb.co/jkZWSd8 In December 2019, the public record shows the Director filed the accounts for December 2018, which were signed apparently in January 2019: https://ibb.co/12FWcB2 Net worth - £1. A dormant company. In April 2020, Morton House transfer the 80% of shares to Raymond Peter Woods: https://ibb.co/0DW6RTS A friendly liquidator was appointed in June 2021, but HMRC stopped that. In August 2021, HMRC put their own liquidator in. They are entitled to do so as the biggest creditor. Imagine the shock when the Court order granting voluntary liquidator leave to resign disclosed that HMRC are owed a cool £1.1m! Now lets look at the books of the company. December 2018. Net worth £1. No liabilities there. Dormant company. Director says its a dormant company. April 2019 to April 2020 - Morton House involved. A liability to HMRC crystallises between January 2019 and June 2021 when the liquidator is called in by Raymond Woods. https://ibb.co/Lz8BXdn No accounts filed since and clearly if you are owing £1.1m to HMRC then you've moved away from dormancy. The EFL rules indicate that they need to work out that the funding of anyone buying into football. I presume that is so the EFL can stop just any old drug dealing, gun running, retail store manager peddling a myth that they are "good for it" when they might have lifted the money immorally, say from the pocket of the taxman. Killer question: If RTU HR Limited didn't pay the HMRC, where did they send that £1.1m? Has the EFL worked out if Morton House owes HMRC £1,134,804.21? on 23:18 - Feb 23 with 1995 views | HullDale | £1,134,804.21 is an INCREDIBLY similar number to the £1.2m Morton House claim to have spent on their attempted takeover of Dale. £65,196 difference is nothing when talking about money on that scale. & it won't just be Daleys questioning some of the information / speculation on here about the £1.2 MH money - that's why the SRA are actively investigating the solicitors with whom MH deposited those funds. Its either linked, or one hell of a coincidence. I know which I reckon it is.

£1.1m for RTU HR Limited. £1.8m noted by the Insolvency Service for Village Energy Solutions Limited where there were concerns for “legitimacy” of payments. £2.9m and counting. Are you reading this EFL? WHERE HAS ALL THAT MONEY GONE? This is not some lighthearted jape. This is the money of UK taxpayers being sought, rightly, by HMRC. I wonder if we published all the companies found for that liquidator in Ossett, there is a pattern emerging. BUT WHERE HAS ALL THAT CASH BEEN TRANSFERRED TO ? [Post edited 24 Feb 2022 0:12]

Investment of £1,262,800 wonder what that relates too and how they are getting that valuation. Something is only worth what people will pay for it
