They are promoting our campaign on relevant Bundesliga websites.

This could be a game changer.
Germany are probably the biggest advocates of fan owned clubs in the world. Their support, the extra publicity there, and the extra publicity here we would get because of the international interest, would seriously blow this up.
We know it'll go huge here anyway if / when it goes to court - but if you were Morton House / Southall would you really want all of that additional publicity? All of that investigative resource digging into every nook and cranny of the private and professional dealings of all involved?
Look at what a bunch of amateur Dale fans have uncovered so far... imagine what professionals with serious financial resource could find.
