Not seen since September 2021 when we thought he had disappeared in an awful accident, the Scouse Disaster Jarvo HAS RETURNED.
Fear not. He is still making embarrassing mistake after embarrasing mistake.
Despite protestations to the contrary Jarvis is still linking Andrew Curran to Morton House, Morton House to Matthew Southall, Matthew Southall to Alexander Jarvis and Alexander Jarvis back to Andrew Curran.
Somewhere in a suburb of Birkenhead, there is a village missing its idiot.
I am sure that our mate Jarvis needs no reintroduction but in case you have forgotten him (wholly understandable given his insignificance as a human being), Jarvo is the deal maker who outed a "hostile takeover" to the Daily Telegraph and Andy Curran as a reclusive homophobe.
Our friends at Charlton Athletic write a pretty good summary of his incompetences:
Jarvis passed unnoticed by Charlton Athletic fans until brought to their attention by Southall’s comment to representatives of Rochdale AFC Supporters Trust on 29 September 2021. Southall claimed he had known Jarvis for a few years, and had worked with him previously, including at Charlton, before being invited by Jarvis to buy Rochdale AFC shares from the Morton Group. This revelation has prompted some interest and on-going investigations into both Jarvis’ background and his possible role at Charlton Athletic.
Companies House records show Jarvis, who as a young man was an asbestos surveyor, had a number of short-lived companies before incorporating Blackbridge Cross Borders Ltd (09055077) in 2014. It currently has an active proposal to strike off, which has been suspended due to an objection registered on 6 Mar 2021. Rochdale fans have studied Blackridge C.B.’s financial filings at Companies House, and raise some interesting questions.
Blackbridge Sports Ltd (12393590), of the same Exchange Street East, Liverpool accommodation address, was incorporated 9 January 2020, with Jarvis as sole director, and appears to be his replacement company for Blackbridge C. B. Ltd.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Jarvis “was the first British financier to set up a football-focused investment company to assist Chinese investors in acquiring European Football Clubs. Alexander has sold several football clubs to investors from the United States, India, China, Canada, and the UK. Alexander has advised investors on over 30 football club investments across UK/Europe.”
In England, in addition to his 2021 involvement with the Morton Group at Rochdale, and with Southall at Charlton, presumably in 2020, Jarvis is known to have been active from 2017 to 2018 at Southampton, Barnsley, Woking, Peterborough, Blackpool and Hull, and has received somewhat mixed reviews.
It is now known that Southall was associated with Jarvis’ involvement as an intermediary in the attempted hostile take-over of Rochdale AFC as early as 29 April 2021, when the two of them, along with Andy Curran (self-styled consultant to Morton House Mgt Group), were caught on CCTV at RAFC. All three were also seen together the same day outside Wilbutts Lane Chippy in Rochdale.
This brings into question Southall’s exact part in the whole Rochdale venture, which now seems more pivotal than he suggested to Dale Trust in September. Jarvis’ cack-handed input at Rochdale has been well documented by Dale fans.
A fair and factual assessment by Charlton fans there in their dossier.
Jarvis has been onto various media outlets today begging for publication "an open letter to Rochdale fans" and like the cute loveable little puppy dog he craves for Christmas, is eagerly offering to put anyone who wants to reach Matthew Southall in touch with Matthew Southall.
We can think of a quite a few people who are desperately trying to catch-up with Matthew Southall. Quite a number of them frequent SE7.
Problem is Alex has created a rod for his own back.
The media, highly bothered about making any form of legal mistake on the laws of defamation, specifically the Defamation Act 2013 are refusing to publish any of the sh*te the Jarvis is peddling for Southall.
The media, stung by having to take down previous articles which were proven defamatory by Dale Trust challenges and rewritten by the BBC are, quite rightly asking Jarvis and Southall "Why are you still here?"
It has been such a worry not knowing where Alexander is or has been that we have been worried to death but can now rest easy in our evenings knowing that his Mum and Dad's back bedroom remains home to crypto wealth unimaginable.
Meanwhile despite briefing the Dale Trust on 2 February 2022 that local and national media were in possession of this open letter, no media appears from Jarvis or Southall, because there is no point.
Jarvis ran away when the EFL came calling having outed Andrew Curran and Morton House to the point the EFL had to charge them.
Southall outed Jarvis to the Dale Trust when he told them in October 2021 that "Jarvis had told him that he had a deal that had “gone wrong” that might be of interest Southall."
That deal still haunts Alexander Jarvis that Jarvo emailed a secret David Bottomley presentation to a private investigator who set him up and ratted him out for the halfwitted charlatan dealmaker that he dreams to be.
Here is the moment where the private investigator published the email that Jarvis sent him.
My name is DaleEamonn and I am a freelance investigative journalist. I first became professionally aware of the plight of Rochdale earlier this Summer when I saw the terrible news that Alexander Jarvis and Andy Curran were considering involving themselves financially with your football club.
Alexander Jarvis is not to be trusted. He is a brazen charlatan and fantasist and tells any form of lie to anyone who will listen to him to progress his own agenda.
You will have read extensively about Andy Curran and his involvement in Swindon Town over the last few years. Less known is Andy Curran’s previous involvements with Southend United and Colchester United, two Essex based clubs and his involvement in attempts to progress his son Taylor’s career by paying for his wages in breach of EFL rules.
As you will read below, Alexander Jarvis does not have any form of deal in place for your club which can be completed or done without EFL approval. If the EFL do not given any approval to Alexander Jarvis or his clients then your club is safe from these people who definitely do not have you or your club’s best interests at heart.
Below is the transcript of an email I received on Tuesday 20th July 2021 at 11.56AM from Alexander Jarvis (ajarvis@blackbridgesports.com) that also shared an attached Microsoft PowerPoint document (File name: 2021 AGM Presntation1.pptx) which was 928Kb.
The attachment was at eleven slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation given by David Bottomley at Rochdale AGM on Tuesday 1st June 2021.
I have forwarded this email and the attachment to it to the COO of your football club, the Board of your Supporters Trust, to Nick Craig (Director of Legal Affairs - EFL) and to Ryan Hyde (Governance Manager - EFL).
Tonight, I share it with all of you, the fans because it is important that you see Alexander Jarvis for what he is.
The full and unabridged transcript of Alexander Jarvis’ email reads as follows:
From: Alexander SW Jarvis <ajarvis@blackbridgesports.com>
Sent: Tuesday, July 20, 2021 11:56 AM
To: Eamonn
Subject: 2021 AGM Presentation / Revised Offer
Eamonn,
I trust this email finds you well, apologies for the delay in response, I have had a few days off on holiday.
That is correct, I am not the purchaser, nor have I ever purchased an EFL Club and have had no dealings with the EFL to date. As in the takeover process the lawyers are mostly involved.
It is also correct that no ‘takeover' is planned. My Client’s are merely investors who following a presentation by the Club several months back (I have attached for your reference) see Rochdale as an opportunity to get involved with a relatively well-run club where they can provide financial support with the aim of leaving it in a better position than when they came in, whilst enjoying a game and a beer on a Saturday afternoon. It also goes without saying, they do see the opportunity of seeing a healthy return on their investment in the future.
However, as someone with your wealth of knowledge in wealth management and the financial sector, I’m sure you would not advise any of your clients to invest significant sums into a business in which they had no control, for inexperienced people to spend their money as they please.
To conclude this deal to both parties satisfaction, my client is prepared to pay your clients £10 per share, however, on the basis both of your clients (with the circa 40,000 shares) agree to the deal. Further, my client will pay yourself £10,000 commission for facilitating the transaction, which they are happy to pay on signing.
Should you have any doubts as to my Clients availability of funds, please feel free to contact Gatleys who are able to confirm to you that £1 million has been paid into their client account for the purposes of this transaction, which i'm sure will alleviate any concerns.
My client wishes to execute the agreement with your clients within the next 24 hours and complete the transaction immediately upon approval from the EFL in line with EFL regulations. I can confirm that the EFL are now in receipt of my Clients documents in line with the requirements of the Owners and Directors Test and we anticipate approval within the next 7 days.
I trust you will find the above satisfactory and look forward to concluding the matter.
Kind regards
Alexander
With regards to the Microsoft PowerPoint attachment, forensic IT examination of the Microsoft Powerpoint file shows conclusively that it was last saved by David Bottomley at 15.10 on Friday 4 June 2021.
It is unclear is how and when Alexander Jarvis obtained this email attachment, last saved by David Bottomley on 4 June 2021 and whether Alexander Jarvis obtained it legally or obtained it illegally.
What is clear is the lie in the email transcript which noted Alexander Jarvis’ investor “who following a presentation by the Club several months back (I have attached for your reference)” was seeking to invest.
The date of the Annual General Meeting of 1st June 2021, the forensic date on the IT file being saved on 4th June 2021 and the fact an Annual General Meeting is for shareholders only discredits why Alexander Jarvis would have this file in his possession for that reason.
EDITORIAL FOOTNOTE:
David Roger Bottomley served as a statutory director of Rochdale Association Football Club Limited (The) between 29 May 2015 and 1 June 2021. David Roger Bottomley left his role as CEO by “mutual consent” on 28 June 2021.
What Jarvis is going to have to explain tonight is why he is back on the scene after being retired for the good of the "hostile takeover". Southall looks like he is giving his mate one last shot knowing that the writing is on the wall with a dossier of factual evidence in the hands of the EFL from sources in the public domain that no-one can dispute.
PS. Alex - we know you and Crayola boy are reading this. FFS change your passwords otherwise you are probably going to have to tell Matthew that you've "accidentally" leaked his real mobile number.
DESPERATE Alexander Jarvis returns.....(with Matt Southall) on 16:57 - Feb 9 by bluevein64
Am I missing something here but are we talking about the alleged three Range Rovers allegedly paid for by Tvvat Fcuk - hall with Charlton Athletic AFC money! Why would he want/need three such vehicle's and where did they end up?
You may be missing something, unless you read between the lines...

Thanks for your response Alien - I'm trying to keep upon top of/up to date with all the Matt Southhall, Morton House, litigation and hostile take over saga (via the Forum) but sometimes I find it absolutely Mind Boggling, this question isn't specifically addressed to you but I suspect that you'll have the answer, it's a general question to the Forum's more IT Savvy contributors - is there any way of linking the well documented Three Range Rovers to the Motor Vehicle Trading Company ( evidence of sale - in the public domain etc) apparently involved with Morton House and their supposed associates ?

So what do the EFL really know about Alexander Stephen Jarvis, his dealings over many years in EFL and all of these deals?
And will they take any action?
All in the interests of the integrity of the beautiful game and the EFL competitions.
Second, how upset must Andrew Curran and Matt Southall be that Alexander Jarvis has outed them to the world via the press:
Jarvis told this writer: “I’m not actually involved in the takeover anymore, but I’m happy to tell you what I know from when I was involved."
Jarvis said: “Matt Southall has a relationship with Morton House and they’ve approached him to work with them on a deal. I’m not sure when he initially got involved, but I believe he is now actively involved publicly, you can see that.”
No one likes a grass Alex.
What is really clear is that its more than about time the EFL actually acted and enforced their own intermediary rules with regards to the involvement of individuals like Alexander Jarvis who have been involved in takeovers up and down the country of EFL clubs.
Wonder if he's been on the phone to Morcambe? Or to Matt Southall at Birmingham City?
George Bernard Shaw had it right:
"He who can does; he who cannot, teaches."

(3) Alexander Jarvis contacts Matthew Southall at the request of Morton House for Matthew Southall to buy shares from Morton House. Very clear throughout the Summer of 2021 that Jarvis was and is working for Morton House as a buyer, as evidenced by those he spoke to and made offer to for shares. https://www.daletrust.co.uk/2021/10/10010/
"Matthew Southall has struck a deal to buy a 25 per cent stake in League Two football club Rochdale AFC.
Mr Southall is acquiring his shares from Andy Curran and Darrel Rose's Morton House MGT group, whose bid to take over the club collapsed several weeks ago."
(5) Southall threatens the club as a non-shareholder with the High Court in October 2021 and doesn't attend an EGM, which most shareholders did. Nothing is heard of from Morton House, who are not complying with the EFL.
We are happy to enter positive discussions with the Board. We suggest a meeting next week.
Unfortunately, the Board has initiated an EGM with the sole intention of seeking to dilute our shareholding. We have taken legal advice upon that process and the Board will receive correspondence from our Solicitors within the next 24 hours.
The correspondence will insist that the Board sends notice to all shareholders of the cancellation of the EGM on Monday 4 October.
If the Board try to proceed with the EGM, we are advised by the lawyers to start legal proceedings in The High Court to obtain an Injunction on Tuesday to ensure that the meeting does not proceed. We do not want to do that, but if the Board do not cancel the meeting, we will, and will also seek an order that the Directors who initiated the EGM pay the costs.
I stress that this is not a route that we want to take, but if the Board refuse to act in a co-operative manner, we will be left with no choice. The decision to call an EGM was a poorly conceived and unhelpful tactic which individual Directors will be held to account for, if they chose to proceed.
The best starting point for a constructive discussion is for the Board to immediately — this weekend — cancel the EGM. We will see this as a very positive and sensible move; and we can sit down and talk next week to explore all options with the Board. A pre-condition of commercial discussions with the Board, is confidentiality. You will understand that placing commercial discussions into the public domain is very unhelpful.
We are keen to reach a solution as soon as possible. We are sure that positive discussions can take place in the next week or shortly thereafter, so long as we can undertake the discussions without the need to tell the lawyers to commence action on Tuesday and on the basis that we are not going to read what we have discussed in confidence with the Board, half an hour later on the internet.
We look forward to your urgent response.
Regards
Matt Southall
(6) Southall then goes very quiet. Nothing is heard from him for months. Nothing heard from Morton House, who are not complying with the EFL either.
(8) In February 2022, the Dale Trust report that Matthew Southall has put out a missive to the national and local media. Nothing to do with Morton House that; they are not Matthew Southall.
Update by Dale_Trust2 Feb 2022 17:13 We have received an email from Matthew Southall with a statement from Morton House this afternoon that was being circulated to both local and national media. As you'd expect, we have passed this on to our legal team and we are not planning on making any comment at this moment in time.
(9) The national media and local media can't actually report anything for fear of being sued under the Defamation Act 2013. So nothing appears from Morton House. Nothing appears from Matthew Southall.
(10) Today Alexander Jarvis turns up pumping the press and offering to introduce them to Southall. He gives out Southall's email and phone number. He tells people that they should speak to Matthew and that Matthew should speak to them. Which is all very odd when Alexander was working for Morton House to sell the shares of Morton House to Matthew Southall according to the folks at the MEN.
(11) All of the above would be really interesting except for the fact that David Bottomley, Andrew Curran, Alexander Jarvis and Matthew Southall were all at Spotland in April 2021 for a meeting.
So who is Alexander really working for between April 2021 and February 2022:
(a) David Bottomley (b) Andrew Curran (c) Matthew Southall (d) All of the above.

HMRC have now caught up with and are beginning to deal with young Alexander Jarvis appropriately.
Blackbridge Cross Borders Limited, which had tried to voluntarily wind itself up, has now been forced into Liquidation by the lovely folks at Him Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.
Shock horror, the Company appears to have lots of unpaid tax which HMRC are pursuing!
The good news for Dale fans is that if the company fails to pay HMRC they’ll go after Jarvis in a personal capacity.
