Chester City on 17:02 - Jan 11 by Chief | Soton could have been yea, but of course the club wouldn't have budgeted for a cup game because we could have been drawn away to a lower league team and wouldn't have received anywhere near as much and may not have been on TV. So it has to be seen as a bonus that our game was televised and we received that income. |
The TV announcement was made weeks before Drakeford's restrictions were announced.

Chester City on 20:55 - Jan 7 by LittleEnglandJack | They're not based in Wales though, the registered adress of Chester FC LTD is Deva Stadium, Bumpers Lane, Chester, Cheshire, United Kingdom, CH1 4LT. An imaginary line just happens to place the pitch in 'Wales'. I don't think they foresaw the eventuality of differing rules on crowd attendance when they built there, and shouldn't be punished for it. They're an English club, as any Wrexham fan will tell you. Personally, I'd just reroute the border around the stadium, since it has absolutely no reason to be there, but I don't imagine you'd like that. |
Hay on Wye is definitely in Wales. It is run by Powys County Council. A few of the town buildings are across the border. Those across the border are subject to English law and Herefordshire CC local government. All its postal addresses are HR3 . A post address is not a border address. Shropshire village of Chirbury has Montgomery, as its post town, and the Welsh town of Presteigne is in the English Diocese of Hereford. If the border were to be redrawn it might mean Chester becomes a City in Wales. The other option would be for Chester FF to relocate to a pitch wholly within England.

Chester City on 17:42 - Jan 27 with 935 views | trampie | I remember Wrexham in the football league, 2nd tier of the football league, Wrexham have since dropped down the league ladder and they have even changed the name of the 'football league', Wrexham are hoping to go back up the league's apparently at the moment they have some money to spend.
