10 mins to come on and try and improve the negative mindset laid out by Cooper is a tall order. The likes of Routs need to play every week for me. Was poor today, bad management didn't help .

It's ok, he'll take another wage cut this Summer (to a wage where he's still earning more per year than 99% of those who pay to watch him) and it will shield him from much of the criticism his performances this season warrant. I have little doubt he'll end up with a comfortable 'coaching' or 'ambassador' role once he chooses to retire from playing. [Post edited 27 Jun 2020 17:25]

He was. Two terrible wasted balls and didn’t really offer anything. None of our attacking players really showed up today mind.

Well if Tate can be on the sidelines anyone can. Somebody mentioned he is on 47k a year, it just smacks of cheap bodies fulfilling a role they can’t do.

It’ll be a sad day... on 16:12 - Jun 24 by Jackfath | Leon was a defensive midfielder, not an attacking forward. Can't compare the two. |
So number of goals and assists is the only way we can rate an 'attacking forward' then? Good to know that nothing else they do on the pitch matters. Lamah scored a goal every 7 games he played for us, Routledge a goal every 10 games. Roland will be delighted to hear he was a better player for us than Wayne.

Plenty of people on here who’d go along with that. Couldn’t understand what he brought to the team at his peak, let alone now. [Post edited 28 Jun 2020 6:09]

From the comments of managers over the time he's been with us I doubt he'd settle for comfortable or an 'ambassador role'.

Lamah's would've been better than 1 in 7 had they given that goal at WBA. Still angry about that even today.

Cometh the hour cometh the man. Good players make their presence felt in big games. His first goal would have graced any stage in world football. At £1 million he has to have repaid his transfer fee over and over to us. Fantastic servant and every bit as worthy to be thought of in the Swans Legend bracket, especially with some of the criticism he’s received from know nothings on here. I just hope he isn’t injured, he deserves his crack at the play offs and we definitely need him .

And rightly so, not a missed chance, but an absolutely good goal wrongly disallowed by a ref who did not understand the rules, shocking. Also denied us finishing 8th.
