Seems quiet on the forum so a test to see if it's working - and a useful thread for a vital match.

Bang on the money.

The responsibility for this sh!tshow lies firmly on the shoulders of one man. I hope he's enjoying his day at Wimbledon.

I hope the man in questions resigns and fooks off to someone in the Evostick which is his natural level.
The current state of the squad is solely down to our invisible chairman and self appointed CEO effectively closing the purse strings and attempting to return us to league 2 level to save themselves money.

Poll: Now the club has refused to move on sesaon ticket prices what will you now do?

Build up and match thread AFC Wimbledon on 15:44 - Oct 5 with 2868 viewsSuddenLad

How do you sack a Director who is also a CEO ?? Or vice versa. He's getting what he wants. Exactly how he expects things to be.

He thinks our 'natural level' is lower than League Two. He's the man to make it come true and blame everyone else.

As bad as our all-round play is here, you can’t really blame the players entirely. It’s a complete clusterfook of a selection caused by a small squad incapable of covering injuries.

It was pointed out by me when our CEO robustly supported the policy. The truth is, what money there is, isn’t being spent because players won’t sign for us on the terms being offered. Do not believe any horseshit about BBM getting every player he wanted.

BBM has no choice but to accept it.

Our CEO believes our natural level is Evo Stick territory.

Guess what Dave? You might just be right.

But 59% possession without a single shot on target is more than just selection issues. Its the way we are playing. At least Southend are losing.

I can see how the drop in our performance has coincided with the Board room tussles, divides and the CEO change. We will never know what has happened

I’m watching it, mate, and I tell you the scoreline is down to who is playing where. The fact we haven’t threatened their goal is down to us not signing the desired forward.

Both issues are down to those highlighted in my post.

As for the boardroom “tussles”, I know full well what happened and hopefully, in time, everyone will.

I’m watching it and there is more to it than selection, poor effort, getting brushed off the ball to many times

The latter two points are to do with who is playing FFS. Selection.

Is what happened re Mr Dunphy fairly common knowledge fitz? I have heard a couple of stories which being vague included his defence of Keith and also the 5 year contract and wage budget being blamed on CD.

Obviously don’t expect you to answer anything other than maybe the initial question, but surely the time to stand up against the chairman and make our views thought must be now!

I see more cluelessness and confusion rather than a lack of effort.

Surely, with that team, the instructions should have been to keep it tight and let’s play for the draw?

There is enough experience in that team to do that.

Not watching it - are we trying to have a go?!?

I reckon that is the instruction, hence the possession. Problem is, we cannot defend. It’s all too easy for Wimbledon.

You could argue there are 2 natural defenders on the pitch.

One of them was 17 yesterday.
