Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Great goal by Falcao, fine looking man is Falcao to.
Columbia have been two yrds quicker than Poland all game tonight fair play, superb display.
Considering Poland were the top seeds in the group they have been pretty poor. Columbia much the better team and well deserving of their win to be fair. Should be an interesting game against Senegal.

There have been some cracking individual goals already in this tournament like Germany's winner the other night and Lingard's against Panama, but Columbia's third last night was Goal of the Tournament for me so far. The pass into the centre from the left wing had me out of my chair applauding, and the pace and clinical finish of Cuadrado was 'oytstandin'. Can't wait for their next game.

Wales not being good enough to beat this woeful Panama side is very sad.
Panama has a bigger population than Wales, Panama played Wales when the football cycle suited Panama as they had qualified for the WC and Wales hadn't, Wales played lots of youngsters but Wales still dominated the match, Panama got a last gasp equaliser against the run of play.
Continually being banned by Planet Swans for Porthcawl and then being reinstated.

All of those who claim this has been the worst world cup etc couldn't be more wrong.
Even small matches that you wouldn't expect anything from like Senegal vs Japan or Polans vs Colombia are f*cking great.
Although tomorrow we're going to have some dross between 2 poor teams who are already eliminated (Egypt vs KSA)
I've been thoroughly enjoying it so far. Been some cracking goals and games and lots of fun VAR controversy to add a bit of extra spice too.
Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair, or f*cking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back.

Stumbled across this video last night. I think it perfectly reflects the positive impact that football has all over the planet, as embodied by the World Cup. Where's the craziest place that you guys have met a fellow Swansea fan? Anyone got a photo of a Swans shirt in a cool location abroad?Â
The video is definitely worth checking out.
