I give you Joseph Minala, 17 years old at the time of this pic:

Good luck, Mr Cooper

What I find really sad is that we’ve spent £12m on a striker who could possibly be 10 years older than what he says he is, plus the fact he only played in 10 games while on loan to Stoke last season and is now clearly injury prone or completely unfit.
He was reportedly on £120 grand a week with Man City so God knows what wages we are paying him, we’ve made some strange deals over the last few seasons but this one has to take the biscuit.

Anyone who believed that he was 28 as claimed must be pretty gullible

I've heard that he has a 16 year old son..

So he was banging them in for us at this level at 35/36?

Fair play to the lad.

Be interesting to see if he is fit enough to play for the Ivory Coast this weekend!

Never knew getting old would happen so quick!

The Ayew's were born in France, I doubt they spent much time in Africa until the old man retired.

The *scoring goals for Swansea* song is falling down the charts quicker than HJ transfer reputation.

On the bright side.. no weekend misery for us

Where's it come from? Daft buggers who think everyone in Africa is at least 10 years older than they make out. Bit of a lazy stereotype innit.

Lazy ?
Bloody hell, that's another whole kettle of mushrooms.

Has anyone seen this about Bony on the Guardian's bit on transfers?

The only players to have played as many as his 170 minutes and passed so unsuccessfully (his success rate is a meagre 53.2%) are goalkeepers, who do a lot of optimistic hoofing, and Burnley’s Sam Vokes.

Jesus. It'll take him another couple of games to get up to speed too.

Its either his IQ or what his waist is going to be the longer he sits on the bench or the physio table.
Get out there and start scoring goals ffs
