Unfortunately small minded and intellectually challenged people have adopted the mindset that private healthcare in this country means an exact copy of the system used in America. Instead of being able to think for themselves and find out about how other countries governments approach healthcare.
I personally would like us move to a system similar to that used in France.

As for Health Care the UK spends considerably less than France and Germany but let's take more people out of tax and cut corporation tax further and hope that by introducing some stealth privatization we''ll miraculously have a fantastic health system. I do find their well read naivety amusing along with an uncanny ability to miss the glaringly obvious. The Swedish healthcare system (still 97% state funded may I add) is a great example of how heavily regulated privatisation can work in favour of all parties.
Tory led privatisation with their history of deregulation and shortsightedness is incomparable.
