Season Ticket Totaliser Thread 21:41 - Mar 20 with 152879 views | 442Dale | We have 87 days for people to get their £50 deposits in to determine the price of the 2017/18 Season Tickets. Average amount of daily sales required by 21st June to hit the targets: 2000 (£250): 23 2500 (£200): 29 3000 (£150): 35 4000 (£110): 46 Keeping a track of this really helped ramp up the interest when Hartlepool fans did it, so hopefully it'll have a similar effect. Debate the numbers here over the next week, then we can add the figures once sales commence.

Season Ticket Totaliser Thread on 14:42 - Mar 27 with 3978 views | rochedale | Just been on to the ticket website to see where I want my ticket, and had a gander at the Sandy Lane section just to see how many have been sold. If you buy a ticket for the Sandy, they are all numbered as they are in other stands, are you bound to the spot you purchase, will there be little numbers on the floor to stand on?🙄

Although its still to be confirmed, 150 sales would need to be achieved by the following days for each target: 2000: day 6 2500: day 5 3000: day 4 4000: day 3 Averaging 150 sales a day we will reach the targets on the following dates: 2000: 9th April 2500: 12th April 3000: 15th April 4000: 22nd April Averaging 100 sales a day we will reach the targets on the following dates: 2000: 15th April 2500: 20th April 3000: 25th April 4000: 5th May Worth bearing in mind that of course the figures will fluctuate massively on occasions, but seeing how we're doing illustrates the achievability of each target. Now I am confused..... Easy I know!! Good start but we have the most loyal hard core, after a week things will be tough.
Season Ticket Totaliser Thread on 19:17 - Mar 27 with 3295 views | boromat | I'm really hoping by the end of the Port Vale game we've reached 2000. I know difficult target it needs all full and half holders to renew and then a few more to buy as well but with a weekend and two home games think it's a good target.

We're a few days ahead of schedule based on sales numbers mentioned. 46 average sales a day to reach 4000 would require approx 3 days to reach 150. We've done it in one... once that number is confirmed! Even at 100 sales as tweeted, we have already hit the target for the end of day two. Have edited earlier post with a few more examples, helps paint a picture. I think! The momentum will hopefully come from the interest building, the snowball needs to deal with any plateaus and be pushed down the hill again. That's where fans have a big part to play. Season Ticket Totaliser Thread on 20:11 - Mar 27 with 3131 views | Shun | I think it'd be folly to even think the words 'ahead of schedule'. The first day of sales is always likely to attract a bigger than normal sales figure - and that's exactly what it is, bigger than normal. We won't reach these kind of figures on a daily basis at all. It's nice that we've sold a lot on the first day but calculating how many sales we need per day, especially based on today's figure, is pointless.

That's why I made it clear about figures fluctuating and hitting plateaus. After day one a Hartlepool fan said they wouldn't get as many on a single day again, they were selling hundreds a day at the end. They had bad days and good, working out the numbers as they went along illustrated how people started to show a real interest and this then obviously had a knock-on effect everywhere. So yeah, we're ahead of schedule based purely on the numbers. When/if we fall behind, efforts can be redoubled.

Nobody has any idea how sales will increase or decrease as time goes by, the best thing we can all do is share the hell out of it, tell everyone we know and hope for a few good results in the close season which should also create more interest. A good end of season could really see the tickets fly off the shelf. Great timing for this promotion I think, providing we don't hit a dodgy spell of form. Does anyone know when existing ST holders have until to renew? As, looking at the online stadium seat allocation thingy, it shows a lot of seats unavailable which obviously means existing ST holders seats are not available for sale yet.

What do you mean about the close season? Those games will take place after 21st June, by which time season tickets will have been paid for. Existing ST holders have until 30th April to secure their seat.

This next week is certainly massive - a win tomorrow night (it's definitely due on a Tuesday night away) and a home win on Saturday: then the £1 game v Port Vale next Tuesday night could have a huge bearing on the success of this season ticket launch. We've a great end of season set of fixtures too with the bury, Oldham and Bradford games.

As I'm sure I've read somewhere on here, part way through the offer period Hartlepool capped the price of a ticket at £150 - that will have had a massive impact on the sales at the time. I expect Dale will do something similar if sales start to slow.

The results between now and the end of the season will, imo, have a massive impact on ST sales That's why the current focus should be trying to maximise each result. I wasn't at Chesterfield but having them on the ropes at half time but failing to take advantage (for whatever reason) is, again imo, wrong-headed The impact of the 2-7 win at Stockport 10 years ago was transformational. People started to believe. Turning 0-3 into 0-5 or 1-6 would really make people sit up and take notice Chances are, we'll probably miss out on the playoffs* but making the biggest possible impact in games, particularly the Northampton/Port Vale fixtures is paramount, hence my Momentum thread * would hate to do so on goal difference [Post edited 27 Mar 2017 21:07]

If anyone can afford to put down £50 now, they should. If enough people wait then it'll affect the chances of hitting the 4000. #reinforcingloop
