Players wages 18:08 - Dec 20 with 3750 views | jesushchrist | I heard a whisper recently that the players wages make up for over 80% of the premiership riches, looking at the players in the current squad and those on loan it makes you wonder what the fuk has been going on, it would be interesting to know how much of their wage the club is still paying. Kyle Bartley Frank Tabanou Liam Shepard Matt grimes Kenji gore Ryan hedges Gomis Emnes Add to that tremmel, nordvelt, birigiti, and a few 1st team players it's clear to see why no money has been spent, tens of thousand in wages on players that would struggle to get into a championship team.

| Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Players wages on 19:55 - Dec 20 with 3546 views | LeonWasGod | Not so much a whisper. Pretty sure it was reported that in our last accounts we had either the highest or 2nd highest wage:turnover ratio in the league. 2 reasons I reckon: 1. Fairly low turnover, 2. Players like Gomis and Ayew who although 'free' needed big wages to attract them. The spiralling wages and increasing debt, combined with stuttering form, are probably key things that gave the old board the heeby jeebies and made up their minds to sell before their holdings lost value.

In a business you pay what you need to retain employees. The market determines the rate. You dont have to break the bank cos an agent tells you liverpool, arsenal and real madrid are all after little Johnny. Not youth players - but the young pros who have never kicked a ball in a competitive first team fixture are in a good screw as you almost certainly know. Huge money for someone of that age in this area. And does that really assist the player ? Or more likely perhaps make some into billy big bollocks types who then lose whatever chance they once had. Be interesting to see have the Championship impacts the premiership gravy train. If it helped produced great local players then i would be all for it. But it quite clearly does not.

Ayew did need big wages to attract him but then selling him for £20.5 million makes good economic sense if nothing else. And he's not gone on loan so his wages came off at the same time. Gomis however ...................... | | | | Login to get fewer ads
