No one has mentioned, as far as I am aware, an obvious flaw in the way you run businesses
Maybe it has changed since I left, but when I was in the UK and I needed staff, my first move would not be to post on a football forum. You have done it before and failed, and you are back again. Only a matter of time before the "fishing" and "hooked you all" post appears?

In general window cleaners tend to only meet their domestic customers when collecting. Unless those customers are too lazy to get jobs in which case they should clean their own windows. Besides shouldn't window cleaners in Oldham just be issued with sanders? |  |

Why would anyone want their windows cleaned more than once a year , lets face it, it rains just about every day and is dark for large portions of the year. If it costs, 7 quid a week, thats £350 a year completely wasted, or put another way, a season ticket! |  | | |
