Tbf if we're relying on 5ft 6" routledge to get on the end of crosses there's something seriously wrong. We need a centre forward on who will occupy the centre backs and challenge for crosses instead of siggy who 's consistently 2 yards outside the box. |  | | |

Rangel, Britton and Routledge should not play for us again after this season, they are past it. Williams has only got one more good year in him, Fernandez needs to be replaced by ball winning centre half. The only two players I have confidence in going for forward is Barrow and Siguardson. Ayew has gone missing second half of the season. |  |
