Who stays, who goes?
Do we stick with Guidolin or are there other names you feel we could get, and who could prove to be a better appointment?

In my mind, the kicking on for next season starts immediately after we are safe.That means putting everything into remaining games (hopefully we will be safe with a few games to spare) and not playing in flip-flops as many do at that stage of the season.
A good end to the season will give us momentum for next season a la Leicester. |  |

Big changes needed in the summer, including a new manager. Guidolin has done the job he came into to do but not the man to take us forward. Hopefully get someone in that will bring that fast attacking and exiting football back. | | | |

New contract for Siggy - Yes.
Toughen up Ki - Yes.
Give Guidolin another year.
Get rid of Gomis.
Get a decent Left Back ( or give Kingsley a regular start ahead of Taylor. )
Introduce temporary substitutes so that Leon and Rangel can have recovery breaks for their ageing legs and lungs !

You never know Penc,Big Bony loved it here ,but maybe money talks for some.
Stadium expansion is vital we won't survive if we stagnate over this .
Player overhaul ,well of course there's a good few I'd sell on ,but players follow orders and let's make no bones about this ,the orders they've been told to follow out there on the pitch has dramatically taken us from one of the most exciting teams in the league to literally relegation fodder.
Let's get out there in the summer and get some pace in the squad. | |

100% agree, Roberts has to go, besides what he's done to Fabianski again, he's our defensive coach, in charge of set pieces, enough said! | |
