Even though he hasn't had the best service perhaps it's for the best. €10,000,000 would certainly cushion the blow

Watch this space, eh. The asking of Є10 is £13m so what is the going rate for Gomis?

If the fee hits the £10 million, we'll need a minibus for all the people willing to drive him and his suitcase out there.

If you wake up breathing, thats a good start to your day and you'll make many thousands of people envious.

If we get 18m for Gomis and Shelvey we should have a tastey January transfer window to look forward to for a change.

Why would anyone pay 10 million for a player that doesnt understand the offside rule is lazy and can sulk for Feance.

So expecting, what?, £15 mil to £20 mil spending money from Jonjo and Gomis alone? Lovely.

That would be great business-would offset the signing on fee we paid and mean we basically paid £1m-£2m for his services for 18 months. Which isn't all that bad.

Interesting that Lekhwiya is Laudrup's club. Granted it's probably not easy to get an in form striker to play in Qatar, so it seems Laudrup sees potential there. Can he extract performances from someone who seems can't be bothered much of the time? Lekhwiya's got some good attacking players, so maybe they just need him to perform the holdup play mostly.

Thought not, his attention/interest span doesn't last long enough for him to still be there.

Can I just say that as he 'hasn't asked too leave', out of the £7.4m, we would have to pay off the remainder of his signing on fee which at just 18 months into a four year contract could be as much £5m! Just saying.
