Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

My mate Gilly played for Hungerford and Merthyr back in the 90's he scored the winning goal in an FA Cup game for Hungerford me & some mates went up there to watch the game ....

He was also on the Swans' books back in 1981 but was late for the team bus to QPR - Tosh was not impressed and that was the end of that !!

Typical Gilly always late !!!

My phone battery died.

Full time result Merthyr Town 4-1 Hungerford

Hungerford got back into the game after half time after scoring to make it 2-1, but Merthyr were just too solid tonight. Merthyrs keeper made one fantastic save, got his fingertips to the ball as it was heading for the bottom left corner, he managed to fingertip it around the post which would have made the score 2-2 had it went in.

Merthyr scored their 3rd goal 5 minutes after Hungerford scored their.

Finally a familiar face Bauza scored to make it 4-1 Merthyr.

Merthyr jumped from 18th in the league up to 11th. And thats four wins in a row.

The team looked well set up and held the ball for most of the game, very enjoyable to watch. That is only my third time up there watching them and i cant wait to get up there again.

Tuesday night football standing in the terraces. Seems a lifetime ago that was a regular thing.

Have a good week all.

I don't know anyone who plays for either side, but.....

I remember we played them around 1990 ish, probably in the Welsh cup, in Winter. Anyway, we got a fair way up there in a coach when news came through that the game had been called off due to the weather, so we stopped in the next pit village we came to. We weren't there long, police escort out with coppers travelling on our bus all the way back to Neath.

I want a mate like Flashberryjacks, who wears a Barnsley jersey with "Swans are my second team" on the back.

Do you mean Criag Gill? I remember him playing for Hungerford.
He was at the Swans not so long ago doing some sort of analysis on each player and feeding back the data.
