Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

Who the hell is owed £43k!?
Glad to see that you lot have your fingers on the button. There's still nowt on GiggLane.com * about this latest CCJ, the second highest during Stewie's time BTW. The smart money is on Brass or Clarke being owed the cash.
* Would be helpful if it could be posted there to open a few more eyes.
Mederco(BFC)'s accounts are now over 9 months overdue with a (suspended) proposal to strike off the company so it might be a case of if, rather than when, they're filed.

The debt isn't to Mederco BFC though, according to the Accounts lodged at Co House its to Mederco Ltd
There is no record on either of the above two 'Mederco's of any related party transactions and Bury FC
Stewie appears not only to be good at playing with words for the benefit of the Bury supporters (who I do feel for) but also very good at manipulating (non) funds as far as Balance Sheets are concerned.

Yeh, the point about Mederco (BFC) is that it's Stewie's company which owns the shares in the club as recorded in the list of shareholders and on the club's official site.

The buryfc record under Stewie - one promotion and one relegation. Finishes of: 2013/14 - 12th in League 2 2014/15 - 3rd in League 2 (promoted) 2015/16 - 14th in League 1 2016/17 - 19th in League 1 2017/18 - 24th in League 1 (relegated)
2) ”A good cup run” - NOT ACHIEVED
Multiple exits to non-league teams in the FA Cup (Woking, Cambridge)
3rd round ”success” beating Bradford before losing to Hull in 2015/16.
League Cup hammerings include Norwich (6 goals) and Leicester (4 goals)
3) “Not allow the club to spend beyond their means” - NOT ACHIEVED
The 2017/18 accounts to complete the five year plan won’t be available until 2019.
For the four seasons from 2013/14 to 2016/17, filed Companies House accounts show accumulated losses of £9,739,707.
Including an estimate for 2017/18 gives a loss over five years of between £11.4 and £12.6 MILLION!
VERDICT FROM THE SANDY LANE:
Well done Stewie you absolute legend!

Re (2) and to pre-empt any bury invaders, they beat Bradford in the FA Cup in 2015/16, before losing to Hull in round four.

It's OK Mr Day has put £1.5 million into the club in the last two months...
The quote is from Buryshakers on their board. No question where the money came from or why so many ccjs have been accrued
When I was a cashier at a bank. There would be people, who came in regularly, to pay for their CCJs usually installments of £1 a month. Just pictured Day walking into his local branch, carrier bag of CCJ paying in books and a tatty coin bag full of change.

"Sorry Mr Day but these coins are no longer legal tender.....perhaps you should spend less time buying old sofas on Gumtree?"

the truth is TEN MILLION Shares now issued.
its like when Zimbabwe starting printing loads of new money and had the period of hyper inflation.
a weeks wage just about bought a loaf of bread and a tin of beans.
its crooked and should not be allowed.
Hilarious that Buryshaker thinks the £1.5 million deposited is cash!!
Utter joke and high time that the football authorities stepped in to halt this circus in its' tracks. Makes a complete mockery of the system and is grossly unfair to those who play by the rules, honestly and with integrity.
If it's legal and complies with Company Law, I would be amazed. They are surely insolvent and still trading. That should be the end of it.
How long before administration ??

So some random nobody declares on a message board that Chur has put "£1.5m" (which is allegedly in worthless shares if it's even happened, but even more control for chur) in over the last 2 months. Hardly clears the debts does it? As aleandale says, as much real value to bfc as...

Easy. If 1 million bury fans buy 10 shares each...

Interesting move this by buryfc both for the action and the timing.
The recently (29th June) filed accounted for 2016/17 showed a company with 8.9m shares.
Now there are 9.9m in the 2018/19 season.
There is no cash benefit of doing this and the shares are worthless so why bother?
The only conclusion you can make is that to get the accounts signed off - the other side to bury’s creditor has to show a debtor which can’t be recovered in under a year has had to say its an investment.
In that case someone somewhere is sitting with bury as a cost of investment not as a debt owed to them.
Pure accounting management.
They must be in deep trouble with creditors further up the lending chain.
